As a result, while Fork strives to use modern and commercially reasonable means to protect user's personal information, Fork cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems. Users of the Fork service do so at their own risk. To prevent unauthorized access and maintain accuracy, Fork has in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure the information Fork collects on the ForkFactory.com site. Employees with access to personally identifiable information are required to follow Fork's security rules, which state that such information must be used only for the purpose of providing services to the user. These information access controls are regularly reviewed and updated.
