I'm 2nd place in ryo earnings but I still got only 2/4ths of the charkra bar. I don't know whats going on I should have a full bar by now with all the missions I've completed. I wonder if ryo just stops at 200 000 because thats the limit on the bar....

    Chakra goes up 1 level for every 10 missions.  Have you done 40 missions since the chakra meter was started?  Or have you done 40 missions since you last spent chakra?  I think not...
