Reasoning: Theese three would be a good team because of there abilties mostly. Gaara's sand would be a killing wall that can protect almost anything and is very hard to break. Gaara could use the Sand to hold someone in place to hold the main target while Kakashi hits him with a Chidori. Neji could hit all charka points of the oppenent. thus resulting in the enemy unable to defend or attack. which would leave the opponent open for an attack. the reason Gaara is thrown into the mix is for the sole purpose of being a tank.
