So glitchy.
Why is this place so glitchy? From the text boxes to the navigation of forums, this place is messed up today, I mean, ANBU 10?! One of the ANBU 10 was just a jonin 9 yesterday! I don't know why this place is acting like this, but Hokage, I really hope you fix this here pretty soon.
