CHAPTER FOUR

 

A Cold King

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

As our heroes made it up the mountain it got much colder and snow started appearing, it also started snowing itself. The white snow fell softly in the threes path as they walked over it ever step, there wasnt a place on the ground the snow wasnt covering.

A few steps up and before the sun rose completeley they made it to the top of the mountain, looked over and saw the kingdom. It was right infront of them and it was huge, Snow everywhere and it seemed much nicer then Arcadia. "Wow", Arron looked up to see the huge kingdom, "This place is incredible and so nice", Arron describd it being beautiful in the manliest way he thought he could. They continued walking until they reached the kingdom gates, they were wide open with no guards.

"Man its freezing", Zack shivered as they walked into the heart of the city.

Dosix looked toward the north, "hmm if i remember its over this way", he yelled and ran north following the path away from the castle.

Arron and Zack looked at eachother, nodded then ran and followed Dosix. Dosix was a bit ahead of them but that didnt stop the two from running, they were kinda excited that they were finally gonna learn about the gem. Arron and Zack stopped and saw Dosix slow down, "hmm?", Arron wondered as t why Dosix would slow down and then he noticed a house surrounded by guards, possibly the kings men, "Comn", Arron yelled to Zack and ran over to Dosix, "What is it?"

"M-My house!", dosix said looking as the guards started throwing rocks at the house.

"Cmon old man, you havent payed in the last four months, either you pay us or you  get kicked out of the house!!", the guards yelled.

"HEY!!", Dosix said throwing some rocks at the guards

"Punk!", They yelled half walking towards Dosix who decided to walk over towards them

"Dosix!", Arronsaid trying to top him but missing, then jogged over to the meet, "Hey stop messing with the man", he yelled to the guards

"This man, Mister Lezman Joruto, has missed the taxes over the last four months, in return we must take his house...", one guard said

"Well he obviously doesnt have the money, look at the house, its already falling apart, theres boards over the windows for gods sake!", Arron said now yelling

One guard went up to arrons face, "im giving you 24 hours to get 5,000 gil or else we will kill the man"

"Thats inhumane! you cant do that!", Zack yelled

"orders by the king we can do anything", the guard said without a problem

"Grr", Dosix grr'd and waited til the guards left, "cmon guys", he walked into his uncles house, "Hello!", he said but no one answered, "hes not here", dosix said just as suddenly someone walked in

"Dosix m'boy", An older man said, around 40 years old

"unc Lez!", Dosix yelled running to give him a hug, "you alright"

"yeah", he said in an older voice, "those bastards have been at me for months but i almost have enough to pay them..."

"but sir youve only got a week",Arorn said

"mhh", Lezman hadnt noticed the others, "a week...  but i thougt i had one month! this task may be impossible then"

"Sir i promise you we will get the money, in return all i want is for you to tell me everything you know about the gem of eternity", Arronsaid

"shhh how do you know of the gem?", Lezman said whispering and looking out the window

Arron pulls it out from under his shirt, its still around his neck

"My boy how did you obtain this?"

"My Grandfather gave it tome before he died", Arorn said in a sad but now happy voice, he knew he was doing just what his grandfather inteded

"your grandfather, boy what did you say your name was?", Lezman asked

"Arron Strife", Arron asnswered

"Arron...Strife, Jagex is your grandfather then"

"yes sir", Arron said

"Jagex, isnt that the man tat came by back when my parents were killed!!", Dosix yelled

"mmm", Lezman said looking down

"your grandfather!! is the reason that my parents are dead Arron!!", Dosix yelled

"Im sorry Dosix", Arron tried to calm him down

"ahh...ughhh no!!", he said pushing arron back and running oout of the house

"ah Dosix!!!", Arron yelled as his friend ran off, he started for him

"No... let him go, he just has to blow off some smoke", Lezman told arron

"ah..mmhmm", Arron nodded then sat down

"you boys must be tired, please feel free to mae yourselves at home, or wander the city, do as you wish", Lezman said walin towards a room, "i will tell you all you need to know about the gem tonight", he walked into a room and shut the door

"thank you sir", Arron said to late then looked at Zack

"well ill be out", he said standing up and leaving,, "later"

Arron walked outside and decided to leave the kingdom, just go to the outskirts, he saw a person over by the edge of a cliff leaning over doing something, "hmm", Arron decided to walk over to the person, it was cold out and he wasnt wearing anything warm but his pants and boots.

"um excuse me", Arron said walking up to the person, the person looked over to arron and stood up. The person was covering there face with a scarf and was wearin lots of warm clothes, "Hi", a female voice said as she took off the scarf

Arron looked at her and immedeatly felt his heart beat both faster and slower, "Hi i was wonderin what you were doing.... out here out of the kingdom i mean", Arron asked

"Well", she smiled, "I making an ice flower, its a good luck charm in the city and a holy item, i like to make them but you have to be in a peaceful place and well, as you could probably see The kingdom may be nice but with our king its not so peaceful", the girl looked down, "oh im sorry, my name is Kairi", she smiled

"Oh hi im Arron Strife", he laughed

"you look cold, are you new here? no one from this city would ever dress like that haha", she laughed

"hehe yeah m from Arcadia", he laughed a bit

"Come with me and i can get you some warm clothes. Do you have a place to stay?", she asked

"Umh yes i do, my friends uncles house!! My friend!!", Arron jumped back

"Uh is something wrong?"

"No no its nothing, my friend just got mad at me, well my grandfather and he is taking it pretty hard but it would be best to let him blow off his steam on his own"

"Oh well then cmon, lets go", Kairi grabbed Arrons hand and started running him having to follow

"Oh okay", Arron said being dragged along

The two made it to the city where they went into some stores, "Here ill get you whatever you need, i have too much money not to help someone who needs it", she smiled

"Well if you insist...", Arron looked, "Wait i need 5000 Gil, my friends uncle he needs it actually or he will be persectued", Arron told Kairi not too loud but loud enough that she could hear

"What!! or the king, i hate him so much...here Arron take me to your uncle", she said grabbing a jacket and throwing one hundred Gil on the table, "here keep the change", they ran out and Arron put on the jacket

"but thats not...enough", the cashier said as the two left, "not again"

Arron and Kairi were running as they saw on the bridge Dosix was being carried off by two guards, they were takig him to the castle, "Wait! Dosix", Arron stopped and ran towards the bridge that went toward the Castle. Arron and Kairi got to the bridge and the guards saw the two

"What is it", they said, "cant you see"

"Cant you see your letting him go now!", Kairi yelled at the guards

"But-No he was caught making trouble with..."

Kairi looked him in the eyes and took out a small pole and it grew into a larger metal pole, "Let him go, maybe some extra gil can make you change your minds", she said taking out a small sack of gil

The guards looked at eachother and threw the boy down, "Fine but next time we wont be so easy", they took the sack and walked off

"Dosix", Arron walked over to them, "Im sorry but we have the money to save your uncle, please can all be forgiven", Arron kneeled down and put his hand out

"Ughh... i guess", Dosix grabbed his hand and Arron helped him up

"Oh Kairi this is Dosix, the one i told you about, Dosix this is Kairi", Arorn said looking at Kairi

"Hi", she smiled

"Hey", he looked at her then toward the direction his uncles house was in, "Cmon", they ran towards his house but when they got there part of the house had fallen, "No!", they ran to the house and Zack was there lying on his face

"ugh... they took him, said you wouldnt be able to ge the cash and it was useless, told us to save our time, couldnt stop them", he got up really slowly and he was hurt

"Sit down", Kairi ran to him and helped him sit down, "just rest im going to heal you", she said putting her hands over him and a white light appeared form her hands to Zacks body and he was being healed

"Ahh Kairi you know magic?", Arron jumped back

"YEah, its not to hard to learn, I could teach you sometime but right onw we have to stop the king from killing an innocent man", she said taking her hands off of Zack as he was healed

"Thank you Kairi right", Zack asked staing seated

"Yes, now lets go. No time to waste", she said as the four ran out, they made it to infront of the castle where many townspeople were. The guards stood there in a circle as they took Lezman in the center

"This man has not payed his taxes, he has not payed his dues and has taken from this town what is ours, he is a criminal and he will pay the ultimate price", one man said holding up an axe as Lezman was put on his knees and put his head on a log, he knew there was no way out, The axeman took the axe and swung it down but a loud clash of two weapons was heard as Arron stood there using his sword to stop the Axe

"Not on your life", Arron said luanching the axe up and kicking the man in the chest, "we have the money", he said as Kairi walked up with the Gil in her hand

"Its too late", yelled another man, a guard without his helmet

"You want to tell me its too late", KAiri said taking out her pole

"Kairi?? Miss Kairi im sorry but rules from your father have said this man must die", he bowed then looked angry, "anyone who gets in the way will also be preosectued

"well then anyone who gets in my way will have the same fate as whoever gets in my fathers", Kairi said

"your fathers the king!",Arron said

"i wish i could say no, but he is, and i will do whatever it takes to stop him", Kairi said as a few guards took out there weapons, "Fine with me", she said as Arron, Zack, Dosix and herself were now surrounded by guards

About 6 guards came running at the heroes and Dosix made the first move, "you should never touch someon i care for", he said taking out his pocket knife and running at the first guard

the guard hit the knife but Dosix pushed hard and somehow the knife cut straight through the axe te guard held, cutting threw hitting his arm, , "GAH", the guard yelled signaling the others a perfect opportunity to take action, just then Kairi took her pole and held it out ot a guard, then it grew and hit him in the chin launching him back she swing it to the side hitting the guard next to's neck, "Hmph think again"

Arron and Zack ran at there guys hitting him back and forth as Zack got him from the back kicking him toward Arron who punched him back towards Zack who used his sword to hit the guards arm causing him to drop his axe while arron sliced at his back then both punching where he had no armor, 2 guards were now left.

"uhh...were sorry we will let the man go, but Miss Kairi you should go speak to your father" the guard said

"will do", she said lookng at Arron, "Dosix, Zack you two stay with your uncle Dosix, me and Arron will go to the king", her and Arron started running as Dosix nodded

CHAPTER THREE

 

The Way to Rexzium

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

 Arron, Zack, and Dosix left Arcadia to set out for the snowy kingdom of Rexzium, the would have taken the jet bikes but they would only have gotten in the way, reason being the large forest they had to pass and mountain they had to climb.

"So Dosix tell us about your life, ya know, you, your uncle, your family why ya moved down to Arcadia and everything.", Zack asked, he was walking at a good pace.

Dosix looked up at Zack then back at the path they were walking towards the Forest, "Well", he started but his voice then got a little softer, "When i was young i was born in Rexzium, my whole family lived there but one day, some man came to visit us, he talked to my uncle about the gem of eternity, which by the way is the reason im interested in you", he said stopping his story and looking at Arron. Arron looked back and nodded, "Well The king decided he wanted the gem, he came down and attacked my family, he killed my parents but sparred me, my uncle and my sis only becaus we were young and my uncle knew about the gem. My uncle told me to leave with my sis but she couldnt leave because she i guess fell in love with this guy. I left though and made it to Arcadia alone...", dosix said with a sad look on his face

"I thought you said your family needed the food when you stole our money?", Zack asked with a look of finding out he lied

"I am my own family so i wasnt really lying to you...at any rate the Forest starts up pretty soon, over that hill as a matter of fact", Doix said to the others. The sun was up completly giving them a whole day to get through the forest so they could rest before the mountain. As they got to the top of the hill and loooked over the forest started and it was big, they could see where the mountain started just past it, but it would take all day just to cross that forest.

They got to the forest entrance and it stated to get dark in there, "whats with the lighting?", Zack asked trying to ot sound afraid

"The trees are so thick its hard for light to get in here, dont worry though the only dangers are the rouges and the animals", Dosix laughed being serious

"Huh", Zack jumped a little, never really liking animals

Arron looked at Zack jump and chuckled a bit, the group continued walking though, "alright as long as we dont make loud sounds or sudden movements we should be fine, so keep walking carefully", Arron whispered

About a few hours later the heroes got to the near end of the forest and it was getting really dark. It was also now getting cold and the trees were moving back and forth in the wind, "alright this is gettin creepy", Zack said getting scared

"Dont be a wimp, nothin can go wrong", Dosix said a bit annoyed

"Nothing can go wrong", someone said from up in a tree but as the three looked up it wasnt there, "well i can tell you what", the voice now came from behind them and a sthe trhee looked there was nothing

"Okay form a circle", Arron said and the three did

"You are wrong", the voice said in the cneter of the circle and the three faced it but it was gone and then they noticed in front of them just a few yards away and about a mile behind him was the exit

"Who are you!", Arron yelled, his hair was flowing with the wind but even with the cool air he was sweating from his enemy, his presence felt strong

"Its always polite togive your name before asking others", The man said, he was hunched over with his arms dragging low, he had a mask on with one eye showing, but the eye was on the cracked half of the mask, he had messy black hair and a black outfit, he looked somewhat like a hunter. he had lots of belts like Rynell but all over his black boots, Tight black jeans, and black army tank top.

"Arron Strife!"

"holder of the gem of eternity", he said in a whispered tone but understandable from there distance, he tiited his head like a dog trying to find something

"Maybe so", Arron yelled out to The man

"Well then Arron, Zack and Dosix Im Kane...", he started to laughed as They three jumped back at how he knew there names, "I need that Gem, and i dont want you living so im gonna have to kill you!", He jumped at them from all those yards away and still made it all the way to our heroes starting a fight.

Kane pulled out two crow bars, long and sharp and held them as swords, "Lets go!!", he immedeatley went after Arron who pulled out his sword, he oarried one swing and rolled uner the other, Kane stood in one spot eyeing Arron as he got hit with a rock, "what!", he looked over to see Dosix with a slingshot and a sack full of rocks, he threw his crowbar at Dosix.

"Wha!!", he dove out of the way as the crowbar came flying back and hit him in the leg, "ah whats the *", he fell donw to his knees as he noticed there were chains on the bars

Kane dropped both bars from his hands and released a few feet of chain then swung them around at Arron, Arron caught one in his sword but the other came right at him until another sword stuck into a hole in the chain and held it down to the ground

"Not today", Zack said punching Kane in the face sending him back a bit, him losing his weapons, "What now!", Zack ran over to Kane

Kane looked up and did a chinese get up pushing off his hands and landing on his feet kicking Zack in the chest as he got near, he then cracked his neck back and forth then his knuckles, "Not enough Kids", he said pulnching his arms oput and claws come out of his knuckles, "its over", he ran at Arron again

"Your Done Kane!", Arron yelled as KAne got hit in the head with another rock from Dosix, As KAne turned to look at Dosix, Zack jumped behind Kane grabbing his arms and tying them behind his back with KAnes chain. Then Arron kneed Kane in the chest as he tried to stop Zack, falling to his knees Kane passed out, "Teamworks the key", Arron winked

They looked at Kane who was unconcious, "Leave him, we have no need to kill", Dosix said

"Wait", Arron walked over to him and kneeled down, "Why do you think he wanted the Gem?"

Dosix looked at Arron and rooled his eyes, "Like I said its valuable, people would want it, but how he found out you had it im unsure"

"Its because...your grandfather...heh....we are the ones who burned down your village", he said standing up

"Ahh!!", Arron swung his sword at him but he stoppe dit by biting it with his teeth

"heh, we want the gem so we can finally put togetehr all of the pieces and well whats more cliched then tyaking over the world", he mumbked spitting out the sword and jumping back, "til then Strife", he jumped up in the tree and disappeared from the three

"No...", Arron fell to his knees, "why do they want it though, just to destroy the world, no there must be more"

Zack looked at Dosix and met eyes with him , then looked back down at Arron, "Hey cmon the forests exit is just there, lets go before anyone else shows up", he said as they left

Later that night

Halfway up the mountain our heroes set camp, no tents but a fire in the center of the Zack and Dosix and a safe place to sleep, "Its getting cold", said Zack to the others

"Well obviously, The kingdoms just up the mountain", Dosix explained

"wait really? so it snows up there right?", Zack asked

"The snowy kingdom of Rexzium, man your an idiot Zack", Dosix and Zack laughed

Arron was standing off by himself at the edge of the cliff, he looked out at the stars as the moon stood directly above him, shining brightly but not as bright as the sun. The stars seemed to all sparkle different shades, some brighter and some not as bright. Arron wasnt wearing his sleevless jacket but was wearing his black wife beater and everything else, it was cold but he wasnt because deep in his heart he was warm, warm with revenge, he didnt obtain what he wanted but he knew who he was after, kind of. "Gramps what do I do?", He asked himself and heard some words back

"You two have what it takes to become heroes....dont let me down", a voice was heard in arrons head

"Heroes huh... im not quite sure what you mean yet gramps but i promise i will get revenge...but why me...", he said looking at the gem which was now on a necklace tied around his neck, "why am i the one to have this, they say they need it to complete the puzzle... what do they mean...", Arron looked back up to the sky now, "what it means is i have to stop them, and  will, with my friends...", Arron said looking over at Zack and Dosix who were laughing, "No matter what"

CHAPTER TWO

 

The Gem of Eternity

Arron was sitting on the fountain ledge with his grandfather by his side as Zack woke up, it was early in the morning and they knew what they had to do, "Ready Zack", Arron asked

"Yeah", zack said after rubbing his eyes, he stood up and looked around to see all the debri, Arrons grandfather and the oath out of the village but as he looked at the path he noticed by the village gate stood there two jet bikes, "Arron??"

"i noticed them too but we really shouldnt worry about that, my grandfather had everything figured out, he knew he couldnt save everyone so he chose us, for that i thank him and in return we have to get revenge Zack", Arrons eyes fklared up, they had a red tint to them, he was wearing fingerless gloves and you could see his veins through them, him making a fist flexing every muscel in his body, full of anger and revenge, they left on there jet bikes and arrived in Arcadia again, this time they wouldnt be returning.

The two got past tha gate again and immedeatly went to the castle in the center of the Kingdom, "yeah we would like to talk to the king or anyone that may have noticed anyone going down towards our village yesterday?", Arron asked a guard

"what do you mean? taht stupid small village on the outskirts of the kingdom!", the guard laughed, "hah no one cares about that place"

"What!!", Zack said grabbing his colar

"Get off", he punched Zack in the chest knocking him back a bit, Zack fell to the floor and looked up, then stood up, "how could you say that, everyone in our village was killed!"

"serves them right", the guard said in a jerky tone

"ugh",Arron looked at him, "cmon Zack", Arron turned around, "wait", he looked at the guard and lifted up his left fist, "sir do you know what this is?"

the guard looked at his fist, "your hand?"

"no sir... its a distraction", Arron said with a straight look on his face

"a distraction for wha..!!", The guard fell back as Arron punched him in the face with his right hand and he was out cold on the spot

"Dont say crap about my Village or next time youll die", Arron said walking away with Zack, Arron wuldnt normally do that but after his villages destrucion he really didnt care anymore

They decided to walk down to the village square, "i cant believe this... hey what do you think the attackers wanted with the gem of eternity anyways?", Zack asked

"i dont know Zack but whatever it is they wont be getting it", Arron answered, he was sweating a little bit as they got to the town center, there were lots of shops and all alot nicer then the village, but that was to be expected, thats all the king does is make his little kingdom pretty without doing an actual thing for the people

"maybe we shoud claim to of heard stories about the gem, that way if people know about it and who wants it w can get some info", Zack exclaimed having a great idea

"hmm that may work... alright Zack lets split up, ask people about the gem okay?", Arron stood up

"Got it", Zack ran off

Arron was now alone and he had to get some info

He started by walking toward the weapon shops, someone was bound to know around there, "excuse me", he said as he opened the door, the weapon shop looked alot like his grandfathers, many similar weapons but alot nicer, "has anybody heard about the gem of eternity?", Arron asked

"The gem of eternity", the shop keeper answered, he was an old man, "yeah i reckon ive heard of it, but only that its valuable... not much more"

"thank you sir", Arron left without another word, "*", Arron said to himself, that wasnt helpful at all", he scratched his head knowing the rest of the shops would probably have the same answer. Arron left that area to go find someone suspicious, he looked all over until he came across a shady guy, an overcoat and everything, "hey", he walked over to him after gaining his attention, "do you know anything about the gem of eternity?"

"hmhm you wanna know about the gem", he asked, "well let me tell you theres only one in the world, that i know, ive heard rumors that there are some people that would do anything to get there hands on it, if you go to the jewler he may know some more informaiton", he said looking aorund then walking off

"hmm the jewler", Arron left to the other side of town to find the jewler, it was a nicer side of town, more happy people and rich peopl, less fighters, arron walked in the bronzed shop to talk to the jewler, "hi i was wondering if youve ever heard of the gem of eternity"

"Uh the gem...of e-ternity!", he asked, "well of course i have, its been lost for ages, no one has know where it is. the king has been trying to find it for years but its not much use,he has destroyed small towns and villages trying to fid it but still no luck", the man said

"destroyed!! that tyrant destroyed my village!!", Arron yelled slamming the table

"our sire is not a tyrant, he wants the best for hs people, besides you filthy villagers are just a mess and worthless beings... get out of my shop at once", he yelled pointing to the door, "we dont need any poor folk like you"

"hmph suit yourself", arron grabbed the door handle, "but dont come crying to me when i burn down your shop like your "sire" burned down my village", Arron said laeving the shop and heading back to the town square where Zack was waiting

"anything", Zack asked, he was sitting at the fountain like they use to n there village

"yeah, its old, its been missing, theres only one in the world and the king wants it and will do anything to get it, he is the one who destroyed our village and i swear to get revenge", Arron yelled, people looked but he didnt care.

Arron and Zack went back up to the castle doors but now there were more guards, "We cant take them right now, we dont have enough people and there weapons are alot better, and with no money we are pretty much screwed"

"what about the money Rynell gave you", Zack asked

Arron took the bag out of his pocket which held the money, "hmm.. ah he gave us way more then the job said!! theres 10,000 Gil in here!", Arron said aloud

"for real!!", Zack yelled

"uh hu", Arron nodded, the expression on his face was as if he was given 10,000 dollars

but at that moment there bag disappeared, "WHAT!!!", Arron yelled as he looked at where the bag had gone there was a kid wearing a fox mask with his bag of money and he ran away, "you *!!", arron yelled and chased the boy

"haha you cant get me!!", the boy yelled as he ran, he was incredibly fast for a person but that wouldnt stop Arron and Zack

Arron couldnt catch him but Zack was getting alot closer, "You little Brat com'ere", he yelled getting closer and closer until he dived at the boy but when he did the bag fell in the sewer drain, AH!", all three yelled at once, "YOU!!!", Zack and the boy started hitting eachother

"Stop!!, that wont solve anything...", Arron yelled, "whats wrong with you kid", he picked him up

"i need money obviosuly", the kid gave arron a bad look

"what could you possibly need money for that you have to go to such great lengths to steal it!!", Arron said still yelling

"Why should i tell you", he looked the other way

"cuz if you dont", Arron now whispering, "im gonna have to kick your a**"

"you wouldnt", he said sticking his tounge out

"yeah i wouldnt", Arron said punching the boy in the stomache really hard

"Ah!!! okay okay... fine... i need money for my family, were poor as dirt and no one ever gives money away for free, i had no choice and with you yelling 10,000 gil i was only tempted to take it...maybe you shouldnt be taking out your money in public when you have that much", he said

Arron looked at the kid then took off his mask, "hmph well your telling the truth but thats still no reason to steal", Arron said

"your right...here", he handed arron about 3000 gil, "i managed not to drop all of it

"hmph thanks kid", arron let him go, "whats your name?"

"Dosix...", he said showing his blue eyes, he was a blonde kid around 15 years old, he had a good heart, his clothes were really torn up though

"cmon Dosix we will get you some clothes and if your gonna be living in a kingdom your gonna need a weapon", Arron said getting happy

"Save your money, and dont get all soft with me, i got all the weapons i need", he said pulling out a sling shot and a switch blade

"well then any clothes", Arron asked

"still too soft for me buddy... so where ya adventurers goin?", Dosix asked

"Adventurers", Zack laughed, "we aint really adventurers"

"cmon i know you aint from Arcadia so you mus be adventurers... ya know ive always wanted to adventure", Dosix laughed a bit

"well we aint from around here but i dont know if were really goin anywhere", Arron said

"but your the ones with the Gem of Eternity so youve gotta be goin somewhere", Dosix said in a softer voice

"What!! howd you!!", Arron asked

"hmm well i aint stupid, okay im not smart but i got street smarts and well i know these things okay", he said

"well all we want is to see the king, he destroyed our village and we want our revenge", Zack answered for Arron

"the king...? well i dont know why the king would destroy your village", Dosix said

"because of the Gem"

"still doubt he would do it"

"Dosix do you know anything about the gem?", Arron asked

"well i dont but i got an uncle in the Kingdom of Rexzium that might... its a pretty far travle but i did say id like to go on an adventure", Dosix said

"Arron what would be the point, we have the gem...", Zack was interrupted

"Dosix we will go with you", Arron turned to Zack, "Zack we have nothing else here, we might as well go there, i mean what could possibly happen, we will just learn more about why I was given this... i want to learn, i need to learn and i will learn...we can leave tomorrow, til then we rest", Arron told his friend Zack and his new companion Dosix

Eternity StrifeChapter 1

A King set to Rule for years, A Kingdom made to be toyed with, An Evil born to cause Destruction to the Kingdom, and a Hero Ready to Stop it

Born in a small village, Our Hero sets off on a journey, to find many new friends, and hundreds of new enemies, he goes off on a mission and finds himself in a predicament no one would ever see

Our Hero must defeat the evil before this evil defeats the world.

CHAPTER ONE

 

TO NEVER FORGET

In the small village on the outskirts of the Kingdom of Arcadia there were many people, they all lived happily to try and make the village as peaceful as possible. In the Center of the village lay a wate fountain, it was the prize of the vilage, large with a dragon from all sides spitting a beautiful ray of water into the fountain. Laying on the edge of the fountain was a boy sleeping.

"Arron wake up! we got work to do", Zack said to his sleeping friend, Zack had long spikey black hair, he held it up with a bandana he wore around his forehead, he wore a white wife beater with a white opened up button dress shirt, long sleeved. He wore black pants with Jet boots to help him move faster, which even without he was still the fastest person in the village

Arron squinted at the sun and his friend, "Work again!", he complained, then sat up, Arron had long brown hair, a little messy but thats how he wore it, he had a black wife beater on under his white zip up jacket, it was unzipped and had no sleeves, he had similar pants, more baggy and fighting boots on.

"Afraid so, your grandfather wants us to take something to the city so shall we go?", Zack asked, he looked at Arron then at the gate leaving the village to the city

Arron looked in the same direction, "guess so", he said jumping off of the fountain and landed on his feet. Arron and Zack walked off to Arrons grandfathers house, where Arron also stayed.

Arron and Zack walked to his uncles house, "Hey Gramps", Arron said as they opened the door, his grandfather was also the weapon shopsmen and he had many weapons in his store, Arron wold often train with different ones when he had a day off.

"Arron, Zack, thank you both for getting here quickly, now Arron i need you to take this Blade to a man named Rynell out in Arcadia, he is a Mercenary and should be at the bar around 3 so youd better get down there by then", His Grandfather said

"Sure thing Grampa Jagex, we'll get this thing to him within the next thiry minutes", he laughed and they both left

It would take a few hours to walk from the village to the city but sense Arron and Zack were always traveling back and forth they were given Jet Bikes to take, it makes a 3 hour walk only 30 minutes long, great objects to have in a job like such.

Eventually the two got to the Kingdom, arriving to a large gate they asked to go in and were accepted, , "thank you Sir", arron said to the guard, "alrighty the bar, not to far", they parked there Jet Bikes and left to the bar.

"Arron look at this city its judt as peaceful as our village but theres something else, something that i dont like", Zack said

"Maybe cuz its not home...", Arron thought as they got to the bar, he opened the door to let Zack in first, Zack walked in then Arron let himself through, "I know what you mean though, and the king has so many rules its not really what you want y akow", Arron said looking around for the Mercenary

"You got a problem with the king", a Bar punk walked over to Arron and Zack, he was pretty  big but also pretty drunk

"Huh..no im sorry, by any chance do you know where a Rynell is?", Arron asked

"What kid", he picked arron up by the colar

"Hey i dont wanna mess", Arron asked

"Too Late", he made a fist

"I could say the same for you", zack said, holding a broom he found right there, he hit the drunk in the chest causing him to drop Arron, then hit him in the jaw knocking him back

"GET THEM", another bar punk yelled and many started to surround the two

"Thanks Zack, but now we got worse trouble", Arron looked at Zack, he was a little scared but had a feeling they could take them. Arron grabbed a mop that was on the ground and held it like a sword as the Punks came after the two, both swang and used them as weapons

Zack swung low tripping a good 4 guys at once then hitting them all as Arron hit the guys in the heads, but more and more kept comming, one even had an axe

"your messing with the wrong guys kiddies", he said holding it high

"and your messing with the wrong kids punk", a guy said with spikey black hair, he had a sleevless jacket on like arrons and taped wrists, he had gray pants and lots of belts, he took zacks brrom and hit the axeman in th face with it, twisted around knocking every other bar punk down that was in his way, "cmon", he took Arron and Zack out

"Thanks man that was close", Zack said breathing hard

"You got my sword", he asked

"huh, Rynell?", Arron asked

"yea", Rynell answered with his hand out, and arron handed him the blade, "thank you guys, its gettin late now, and itll take a while for you guys to get home, you should stay here in Arcadia for a night"

"nope we got Jet Bikes so it wont take long at all", Zack smiled

"you sure you got jet bikes", he said pointing to where the bikes were parked and were now gone

"What!!", Arrons jaw dropped as they werent there, "youve got to be kiidng me", he looked aorund but they were gone

"Well", Rynell asked

"No we have to get home, my Uncle would want us to", Arron told Rynell

"If your sure", he answered with a look on his face, it said that something was wrong but arron ignored it

"Well cmon Zack we should really get back home", he said, "thank you for everything though", Arron said

"Here", Rynell handed Arron the money and a small brown bag, "Give that bag to your gramps, please do not look in it" he said

"Thank yo Sir", After getting paid by the man the two left

"He semmed like he really wanted us to stay", Zack told Arron with a scared look on his face, they walked past a few trees because the way home was pretty much forest

"Yeah but we cant afford to ya know", arron answered as they kept walking

it started to get late, the got to the city at 3 and spent an hour there, and three hours walking it was already 7, and the sun was going down, from maybe a  mile away the two noticed smoke, "whats that Zack?", Arron asked

"not sure, a fire but we only have fires in celebrations", Zack answered

"Then", arron said, "cmon", the two were now running all the way home, the fire got bigger and bigger as tehy got closr until they realized there homes were in flames, the village was being burned down, "NO!!"

The two ran throuh the village watching as it burned with no possible way of stopping the fires, they grabbed buckets and took the fountain water and splashed it but it was not enough, after a few moments the fires died off by the wind and sat there two boys in there dstroyed village, they both sat on the edge of the fountai, the only thing unharmed."Why, how could this happen"

"Its because they were after the gem", Jagex came crawling out of some burned wood

"Grandpa!!", Arron yelled picking him up and taking him to the fountain and pooring water on him

"Check your pocket", Jagex said slowly

Arron did and he found the bag, "Here", he handed it to his grandfather but he refused, "its for you", Arron opened it

"its...", Arron asked

"The Gem of Eternity", he said looking at Arrons hand, which was holding a Sparkly Red with black flames on it, "It was on the blade taht you gave to Rynell, but he gave it back to its rightful owner"

"So you knew", Arron said softly looking down at the gem

"thats what tyhey were after then", Zack said, "you gave it to us to take so whoever came to find it couldnt...and you had Rynell take the Jet bikes so we couldnt come back in time to get hurt by the enemys or allow them to take the gem...", zack said, he was smart when it came down to it

"Very Smart boy Zack...", Jagex coughed a bit, "Its your Arron and i wanted you safe, please go back and find a new life protect this gem with it, and always be happy...I love you my Grandson, and you as well Zack...You both have what it takes to become great heroes, i dont want to see you two for a ong time understand...dont let me down", he said with his last breath as Arron let him rest in peace, he lay him down by the fountain

"We have to find out who did this... he said we could become heroes, heroes for all thatdied today we must get revenge", Arron said as the night came, the two stayed in there village one last time until the sun came up....

Personality: kinda shy yet very talkative with people he likes, very polite ad determined, will do ANYTHIING for his friends if there lives or similar are at risk, strong will, strong hearted, not to smart but that wont change his goal

She would back up all of her friends in a heartbeat and would take on anyone who gets in their way, even if the person is bigger and/or stronger than her. Enjoys reading and music the most as well as hanging out with her friends.

Description: Long strawberry-blonde hair that she likes to keep up in a pony tail most of the time. Red/orange eyes that seem to turn more towards the red side when her temper is up and she's in a bad mood or fighting. Wears black shorts that have clips on the side to attach her chakarms on each side and a dark blue tank top with black sneakers. Has a tatoo  of a setting sun on her upper left shoulder of her back and has a teal, oval shapped necklace around her neck, given to her by her father which was her mother's, who died giving birth to her.

Ftality Strife...Remember This RP

a whiles bakc i was going to make an rp called Fataltiy Strife, a school rp with a few hours of the night calle dFatlqatity hour where monsters come out, well im thinking of startin that up once and for all but changing it abit...

heres the story from back then a little edited

 

the story will start with arron strife, a transfer student to a new high school, valkryein(val-cry-in) high. the classes will be fourth class, third class, second class, first class and master class as grades in school, fourth is freshmen and first is senior and master is for those few best of the best. freshmen could skip to any other grade depending on their grades and fighting skill, which are the two halves of the school ranking. master is a very near impossible class to achieve and only fewe have made it. 25 out of 10,000 students. seniors could be fourth classmen and you could only graduate so long as you had gotten to a second classmen with four years, unless you become a master with only 3.

arron strife will start as a (look below in rules) because of age. (NO RP MEMBERS MAY BE MASTER CLASSMEN). arron will learn about the time of 12 a.m. every friday night  called the fatality hour whch means the hour of the end. if you are awake at this hour the evil monsters will be able to sence and kill you which will explain why few even dare to stay awake at this time. a group team fatality including the principals son, the master of master classmen and a few others will be the protectors of the night and fight off these enemies as will many more people who join as the story proceeds. our heroes will gain special powers and enemies that they will have to defeat every full moon that makes the enemies even more powerful then imagined and each moon makes them stronger. once all of the enemies are defeated the fatailty hour will be destroyed but can arron and his friends defeat these enemies?

So basically it will start with A new school year and all of us can be new freshmen or fourth classmen, some people can be sophmores but i dont think any seniors, and juniors we will see.

this is a fighting school but smarts will be needed to pass, not really smarts but half the grade is your grdes lol

ill see more later but yeah sounds fun, and im thinking of naming it Fatality (something), possily Fatality X, not sure yet

 

RULES

• YOu must start as a fourth through second classmen, depends what i say
• there will be classes but you have to stick with what you choose and not go around changing every day
• u must ask to join before you join, once you touch my rp i own 10% of your character, meaning i can change the name if it is copywright ex-goku, uchiha or sora
• NO GOD MODDING. unless you are playing a very strong opponent thats suppossed to beat you then you could god mod as them or you have talkd over with the other rp member your fightig with then you can god mod that battle but other then that please no god modding.
• before entering your character into the rp you must go over them with me and show me there stats
