Seven Pounds Retrospective

A blog entry like this isn't something I usually, but I felt like doing this becaue.....well i just felt like it. lol. So here it is Akastuki28's thoughts on SEVEN POUNDS.

So the reason I saw this movie in the first place was becuase me and my family decided to see a movie. We narrowed it down to either Bedtime Stories or Seven Pounds. So to break the tie I went on rottentomatoes.com. We saw that both movies were really rotten. (Bedtime stories got 21) (Seven Pounds got 28). So since Seven pounds was higher we saw that.

So after I saw the whole movie and let it sink it I found out that it was really good. Which took me by suprise becuase Rotten Tomatoes gave it a low score. Now I just want to say that their were a few things that took me by out of the story. *this may have a few spoilers* Like I understand the Seven in the title but not the Pounds. Also I find it hard to understand how Tim's(forgot his characters name) brother somehow finds him at Emily's house. But i'm now starting to nit pick the film.

I also want to say that if you really pay attention through out the movie you can probably figure out the ending and whats going to happen. Like *Spoiler* when he rents the motel room I first noticed that in the beggining of the film when he called 911 he said the name of the room in a motel he was in. If you pay close attention then (like look at the motel doors) you'll see that the one he enters is the one that he was talking about. Also when he bought the jellyfish I knew he was going to do something like what he did in the end of the movie. I mean who just buys a Jellyfish for not reason.

Time for things I liked. I really enjoyed the storyline and the character in the films. Woody Harleson as Ezra was a good choice. I think he pulled it off pretty well. Also this is the second (or third) movie the Roasrio Dawson and Will Smith have worked on togather. This was the thrid movie i've seen with her in it. (Men in black 2, Clearks 2, and now Seven Pounds). And I thought she pulled off her role pretty good. Last but not least, Will Smith in the film was to me the best actor in it. Exscially towards the end.

I could go into more detail and really review the film but I don't have the time. But before I wrap this blog entry up I just want to say the you shouldn't always listen movie critics. If you really want to see a movie then see it. Overall I just want to say that the movie was really good and if your into movies that aren't that comedic but have a more serious appel to it and will keep you sucked in for most of the film. Then I recomend you see this film.

Friend Request

The reason i did this was becuase ((this isn't for all the people i would accept friend request from. It was just a special few)) when I would always accept friend request and then when i got to know the person it turned out that that person was kinda wierd and annoying. So sometimes i would stop resond to the persons pm's but the person would keep on sending me so many pm's that it would kinda fill up my inbox and then I would have to block the person. It just is less of an inconvenience for me.

Mega Man Movie

I recently stumbled across a video that was a fan made trailer for a Mega Man Movie. When I first started watching it I didn't think it was going to be awesome but I was wrong! For a fan made tailer it's amazing. It can almost pass as a real trailer made by Capcom for a live action Megaman movie. There are two videos with two differnt trailers. The first one is ok. But the second one is amazing.

Another obito being tobi theory FTW

So a few days a ago i was once again thinking about obito being tobi, and then i started to think about why i'm always thinking about obito and tobi. Then i came to the conclusion that I HAVE NO LIFE.

But seriosouly, i came up with a theory that not like any other out there. This is one of the reasons why I THINK TOBI IS OBITO. This theory is so out of the box that is acaually out of 2 boxes. (What?) So here's my original, awesome, suprising theory. So i was thinking about how tobi and obito are alike, like their charactiristics. And i was matching them the Madara's. And i began to think about why would Masshhi Kishimoto give Obito and Tobi all these similar traits and then just say "Oh well for all you who had your hopes up and were wishing that tobi was obito. I'm going to crush your dream, and screw over all my fans who acually gave a sh** about the series and myslef by saying he's not. You know what since i'm on a role on making my series that was acually starting to do okay and was making a comback, i'm going to fill the rest of the chapters with long dialong that wont effect the story in any way." But on a serious note. I just don't get why he would give them all these similar traits and then just say it's not tobi. I mean it just doesn't make sense.

So that was the end of my theory. As you can see it's different from all the others ones you've probobly heard before. But i acaually think this is a useful and revlevent theory. So until i come up with a new theory or whenever i just fell like postin' something, i'll leave you with a funny pic. See ya later.

EDIT: When i made this i was mad cause i had a small rant. But i just want to tell the people who are reading the blog entry that part of it is kinda untrue. Just the part about when he filled the chapter with long dialong. It was about 6 or 7 chapters later when he started to do that..

Angry Video Game Nerd

Has anyone here ever heard of the angry video game nerd. Also known as Jamesnintendonerd, also known as the cinemassacre, also the angy nintendo nerd. His videos are extreamly funny. Basically he reviews bad video games from the past. But he always mad while hes doing it. It's really funny. To view all of his episodes you can go on screwattack.com then go to the roll the mouse over the avgn link and it will say "2006,2007,2008,extras,nerd fan art (or something like that). Or you can go to gametrailers.com but they don't have all his episdoes. Or you can go on his youtube account (jamesnintendonerd) and it will have most of his epsidoes including extras. He also has a kick*** theme song.

Bummer?

I originally posted this on my clans blog page. But i think it should be brought out into the public! (i'm making this sound way more important then it really is) Oh before i forget. *Spoiler Alert*.

So if you have been following up on the obito=tobi thing then you probobly know about that the chances of obito being tobi has decreased.................derasticaly. But! There stiil is a possibility. And that possibility is this. Okay so on the day obito died there was a battle going on in the same village that he was in. Leaf vs someone else. Madara could have been in the leaf village army. and that after the battle he could have been walking around and just happend to walk into the area where obito supposudly "died". And Madara could have saw the body and was like. "hey thats a body and i think the guy is dead maybe i should take his body, since i'm getting old, but wait there are cuts and brusies on his body and part of his face is messed up. Also half his body is covered by a rock. Thats not a problem i can just use my super awesome strength to lift it off him. Oh yeah! And then i can ask my good friend Zetsu who i have know for a long time to eat him and then revive him. And then to fix up his body i could use pins, and for his face i can use a mask. Also i could give him cool armor that cover the pins. I should also tell Zetsu about this orginization i'm thinking about making i think i should call it "Akatsuki." I am so smart."

The image of the invisible rp

I decided to make an rp called the "Image of the invisible" It's about a group of assasins called "Deus Ex Machina." (the rest of the storyline is on the rp's sign up page) It's an awesome and really original rp. If you like rp's that involve killing people with guns,explosives,ect then i reacommend that you join this rp.

Wrestlemania

Wrestlemania is coming up for all you WWE wresteling fans. I'm not a a huge wresteling fan i was but now i'm not. But i decided to go becuase it's one of the biggest event in WWE. I got my ticket and everything i need. The event is about 45 mintues from my house which is awesome. So just felt like saying that. So yeah
