I went up to Gamestop today and I FINALLY was able to pick up Storm! It has to install something first, so I can't play it for another.... 10 or 20 minutes, but still yay!

Ooooh, Storm is on the way and I can't wait any longer for it! I'm gonna play as all of the characters, but I'm pretty sure my favorite will either be Naruto, Itachi or Jiraiya. Who knows though, I might like someone else. But those are my favorites from the show, and my personal thought is not to play as the character you're best with, but to make your favorite your best character. Like in Super Smash Bros. Melee, I was best with Marth, but I liked Link better. SOO, I practiced a lot and became familiar with his moves and I was best with him. My point is, if I like Naruto, Itachi and Jiraiya, I'm gonna be best with Naruto, Itachi and Jiraiya. I'm really looking forward to all of the new stages and missions too! Ugh, but I have to wait like two weeks now for it to come out!!!

If I could fight anywhere at all in the upcoming game Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm, I'd have to say the Hidden Waterfall Village from that one movie. Not only would the buildings and lake be awesome to fight on, but that cave thing behind the waterfall would be the best part. Hiding in the cave or jumping on buildings, it would be the coolest ever stage to fight on! Too bad it probably won't be there... but if it was, I would be immensely happy.

I have followed the storyline of Naruto from the beginning of the television series to the current TV episodes, and then beyond that to Shippuden episodes and even as far as the Japanese manga chapters. Every week I look forward to watching both the American show and reading the new chapter. I have many Naruto games for the Gamecube, Wii and PS2.

Then I heard about Storm.

My family is low on money, so I knew I'd have to buy the game myself. In fact, I'd even have to buy the PS3 for it by myself. The problem was, I didn't have any money.

Still, even then I knew that it would be THE most revolutionary Naruto game ever to grace mankind so far. With that in mind, I sold my playstation two. Not only did I sell that, but I also sold all of my PS2 games and most of my Wii games (that's about 50-60 games I would think). After that, I had just enough money to buy a cheap PS3 that can't play PS2 games.

I proceeded to download Storm.

It was the most gratifying use of video game technology that I have ever experienced.

That then decided for me that I was in fact going to buy this game. I knew, that if the demo for a game is better than anything else I've ever played, the full version would have to be good.

It was then that I joined Hokage's room. I learned as much as I could about the game. There are so many things in this game to look forward to, even for people who don't like Naruto. From the story mode to vs mode to any other modes that I can't think of now, this game seems to be the perfect fighting game. With much thought and consideration, this is what I am looking forward to in this revolutionary game.

1. VS mode:                                             

    A. The gameplay. After playing the demo for hours now, I can tell that the simple gameplay will be one of the most appealing aspects of the game. I enjoy the simplicity of the combos, jutsus and special moves for the characters. Also, the ninjutsu clashes are well thought out as well as the special moves. It was always a good idea to have the sequence of buttons to press during the special move, but I must mention it again because of the fun, fast paced (and still simple) special moves that has seemed to be perfected in this game. The support characters are much, much easier and funner to use this time, and they are the perfect addition to the game's strategic interface.

    B. The graphics. Actually, the whole game has amazing graphics, but I'm putting it into the VS mode section because of the continuously breathtaking graphics throughout the entire battle. The graphics play a key part in this game, because not only is it the characters, stages, environments or story that make this game so "realistic," but a lot of it is the graphics the cross the line between video games and the Naruto world. Now usually I tend to think that the graphics aren't as important, as long as the gameplay and story were good. But this time I have to say, the graphics were a big part of what won me over in my decision to buy this when it comes out. Every part of the graphics is extremely impressive and captivating, and I look forward to seeing the graphics in their entirety.

    C. The characters. Almost every day now, I think to myself, "what will my dream team be for Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm?" But every time, I can't decide simply because it's far to difficult for me. Every character has something new and unique in this game, and every single character is appealing to me because of that. There is a very wide variety of characters in this game, each with a moveset and special move, not to mention their second forms, that interest me deeply. This too was a big part in my choice to buy this game.

    D. The environments. Each stage is unique in its own way, and the environments are even more detailed than the Nintendo Naruto Clash of Ninja series. Of all the stages, I'm mostly looking forward to the Chunin Exam Stadium, but each and every other stage is a very close second. Fighting on the wall is something that I am impressed with as well.

Story mode:

    I was awestruck when I found out that the story mode would go from the very start of the series all the way to the current American show. I know that this game is going to be the biggest, best Naruto game so far, simply because of the massiveness of the story mode. That, combined with the amazing graphics, will make the entire Naruto experience more than enjoyable. Simply put, the story mode will revolutionise Naruto games forever.

While I do look forward to every part of this game, VS mode and story mode are the two parts that jump out at me. Of course, those two are the only two I really used in the previous games, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were many many other parts of this game that I will enjoy deeply. I hope with all my heart to be as much a part of this game as I can, and this seems like the perfect opportunity for me to do just that. I would be proud and honored to be credited in the game manual, but even more than that I am looking forward to this game. To the creators of this wonderful game: I salute you, your work that you've put into this game has moved me. I wish the best of luck to all the other participants in this mission, and I hope that if I do not recieve this honor that someone else who is truely deserving does.
