  Jutsus-lightning sphere, handsigns: snake,tiger,rabit,monkey, when done chidori appears but it packs more punch than a original chidori and it uses more speed but uses less chakra. Thunder lighning, handsigns: tiger,snake,boar,dog,bird,snake, when done dark clouds appear then lightning strikes the ground around the enemyand electricutes them and kills them (only for emergencys)

  I can totally imagin the fourth hokage as a wearwolf. wen ever a full moon comes out he turns into a very dangerous wearwolf. he can still do all his jutsu but he uses them on anyone. wen he uses his rasengan it turns purple and gets bigger and it will kill th eenemy. he will get hair all over his body and his teeth will get pointed and sharp. and if he bites someone they will also be come a wearwolf. his eyes will turn bloodshot red and his taste will be for blood only. but nothing can kill him while he is in werwolf mode. so he will basicaly be the ultimate weapon.

   Name: Shimma Kiri Komao,  Clan: The Komao Clan,  Clan Ability: Able to control metal, and beable to create jutsu's,  Jutsu 1: Creative Scroll Seal ,you get a blank scroll write the name inside then write the hand signs then bite your thunb and spraed the blood in a line down the scroll then you seal it , the handsigns for the creative scroll Seal is Tiger, dragon, ox, bird, snake, monkey, boar, rat. once you complete the handsigns the jusu seals,  jutsu 2; Death Metal, you do the hand signs Bird, tiger, boar, monkey, hare, rat then there swords get bigger and stronger then the user gets the speed of the Forth hokage.
