Kabuto was only able to reanimate dead cells temorarily with the dead soul jutsu, orochimaru's jutsu required sacrifices and it was a summoning rather than a reanimation. a soul was summoned into a dead body, that body was then reanimated.

and the sound 5 is gone as far as i know. besides (SPOILER)

 Orochimaru dies and is then sealed inside one of itachis mangekyo jutsus swords.

Orochimaru is thought to be dead. He lives on in Kabuto, and I don't think he'll stay sealed forever from Itachi's stupid blade. Even so, Kabuto can do it also, and has the ability to keep them alive for so much longer.

that'd be cool if they came back, my favorite is Sakon and Ukon, but I don't think it's gonna happen, besides after a while it would kinda get old cause you know basically all there attacks.

LOL, but like with all characters they can actually manage to change them and their jutsu. Have you seen what they did with Temari? I would never have been that creative. All I saw with her was moving her fan and wind coming out, but they gave her a summoning and managed to make her good at Taijutsu. They have the creativity, they just need to get on it.

Sorry, I like the sound five, but I actually liked the sound ninja from the Chunin exams better. They had cool powers and personality. It's a shame they had to go out like suckers, so that Orochimaru could perform the jutsu to revive the hokages. And Dosu taking on Gaara before the tournament was a waste as well. It could have been entertaining to see them in a real battle.

In fact, the Chunnin Exams were terrible. Naruto wasn't good until after the Leaf Destruction Arc. Then it was really good.

Nah. The Chuunin Exams were great. Did you ever watch Yu Yu Hakusho?

It reminds me of their Dark Tournament arc.

LOL, I liked the Dark Tournament more than the Chunin Exams. I always thought that was the end of Yu Yu Hakusho. I like animes where the characters are strong and have visually pleasing battles, which is why the UN games appeal to me.

I see what you mean in the whole jutsu things, but Orochimaru's Reanimation jutsu was a forbidden jutsu and the bodies would form from earth around a "host" who was a living person used to host the soul that is "reanimated."

Kabuto simply reanimates dead cells giving a dead person the ability to move temporarily and attack even.

I have a feeling that Kabuto doesn't know even a quarter of the jutsu's Orochimaru does, and I regret to say it, but I doubt any of the sound 5 will make a comback.

I'm not sure why everyone thinks you were talking about the sound genin when you said sound 5

But yeah, we can never underestimate how stubborn people are.

Also I have to put this in, we don't even know if the genin's killed or just defeated the sound 5, kimmimaro will not be coming back due to him truly being dead, while Sakon and Ukon I believe their injuries were certainly fatal. Kidomaru, Jirobo, and Tayuya we dont know if they are dead or just defeated. We may yet see them later on in shippuuden (if we make it through these fillers...)
