Why the Hyuga Clan is the Best
Apr 2, 2008
The Hyuga are inheritors of a powerful bloodline trait known as the Byakugan. The Byakugan allows the user to have almost 360 degrees of vision, as well as the ability to see the chakra and chakra points of opponents. Because of this, Hyugas can see through many forms of genjutsu, and, if accurate enough, can hit and turn off the chakra flow of enemies. They fight using the Gentle Fist style of taijutsu, but are also masters of the chakra rotation, a defense that even a nine-tailed Naruto was unable to penetrate.
Most of all, two of my three favorite characters are members of the Hyuga. Neji is the most skilled young ninja in the Hidden Leaf village. Considered a genius because he learned techniques (like the rotation and 8 trigrams) without them being taught to him. I will admit, at first I hated Neji. I wanted Naruto to literally kill him in their match during the Chunin Exams, because of what Neji did, and tried to do, to my #1 favorite character, Hinata. After the attack on the Leaf Village, however, Neji stopped being so arrogant. He began to care about Hinata.
