Disk Read Errors on My Wii

I just bought a Wii about 3 days back and its already being shipped out to Nintendo for repairs. Yup, im getting disk read errors on it right out of the box. I am not happy about this. Ah well, I have plenty else to play until then.

On another note, i'd like to ask people to please not send me clan invites. I must get about 10 of them a day and im really not interested in joining a clan at this time.

I wouldn't worry about your Wii, these things happen.  What is this, even with the "lemons" once in a while like with everything else, Nintendo has one of the best customer service reputations in the business, and I don't see there being any trouble with this.  When my DS is acting up, they gave me a new one for free, knowing full well that any difficulties I had were due to factory error and not of my own fault.

that sucks but at least with the wii it's just a rare thing, with the xbox it's an inevitability

Well my 360 hasn't given me any issue yet. Im just paranoid now i'll never get my system back, or if I do, it will still be busted in some way.
