Naruto is one of the example ninja that can be a classical monster character. Although he has the Nine-Tailed Fox, he act more like the classical Werewolf.In many different episodes when Naruto's emotinos are enraged, he transforms into Nine-Tailed Fox Naruto. When you look into his eyes, they portray more wolf-like characteristics. His nose is also an interesting feature in that form. Since the Fox is related to the dog or wolf in a way, Naruto would be able to have a keen sense of smell, just like Kiba and Akamaru.
Naruto's power as a Werewolf would increase at a tremendos rate. As in the anime, his speed would probably be able to surpass Rock Lee's Opening of the Eight Gates. His senses would be able to tune into anything in the vicinity. For example, If Werewolf Naruto was in the Hidden Leaf Forest tracking a rouge ninja, his sense of smell and hearing would be extremely valuable to him. Wolves have a sensetivity to sound. They can practically find anything in a certain radius. Along with his speed, he would be a force to be messed with.
Naruto's Jutsu would have an extra amount of energy added to them. His use of the Shadow Clone Justu would give a huge group of ninja a hard time. Naruto will also gain new Jutsu. usually a ninja would have to train hard to be able to use a justu. Not Werewolf Naruto. most of his Justu come naturally to him. For example, he's so fast in a battle, after a few seconds, he would be invisible to the opposition. Combine that type of technique with Naruto's Signature Technique, the Rasengan, and his enemies wouldn't win the fight no matter how many ninja tools and/or traps he might carry.
Since Werewolf Naruto has fangs, he's able to bite the opponent and insert a toxin that disables the body until the arms can't move. The Chakra Network inside of the opponent would shut down and stop functioning for a while. As for his claws, they can combine with the Red Chakra inside of Naruto and form a very powerful Slash Shade Jutsu. He forms a Justu Hand Sign and once he stars to slash, he can't stop until the opponent is defeated.The blades appear around the opponent and slash anywhere are everywhere. The slashes are more powerful than a Jab Technique, such as Sasuke's Ominous Chidori in his Curse Seal 2 Form and Kakashi's Lightning Blade.
His appearance would be seem odd because he still has his clothes. A normal werewolf would have brown fur, but Werewolf Naruto's fur is as yellow/gold as his hair. His teeth would be sharp, but short. The eyes, as I described before, would be more focused and look more like a werewolf's or a fox's. The ears would be hidden within the fur of his body so, they would be hard to see. Most of his appearance is of regular werewolf in the movies.
