The Ryo Hunts are both now over, so I'll reveal the location of the two locations for those curious ones who didn't find it.
4000 Ryo - Send to Friend Page - The image was hidden in the words "latest info" under the Official Ultimate Ninja 4: NARUTO Shippuden Site.
3000 Ryo - Happy Ultimate Ninja 4 Release Day! Win a Copy of the Game & More! Blog Post - the_hokage made a comment, and the image was hidden in "Digg It!"
Congratulations to everybody who found the location of the hidden ryo, and for those who didn't, now you know a little bit about how the_hokage likes to hide them, in the case of another hunt!

Yup found em in the same location lol. I seriously can't believe those who had issues/ never found it at all..
The clue gave it all. I think it's the easiest Ryo Hunt in the history of HokagesRoom. (I wasn't able to join the UNS Ryo Hunt)

I was in right locations but I thought 3000 and 4000 was in Naruto's hands ,,,thats what hunt says ,,oh well
