Hokage's Room

So, a little post all about the beloved Mods.

Part One~ So it seems that there are no longer 6 mods, but 3? I must say, the others have put in quite a lot of effort into Hokages Room in the past, and I applaud them for that, and we all thank you.

Now, it seems our "familiar faces"- or, names, rather, would consist of... TigerC10, Midori, and DisturbedPuppy (Who just got his computer back! Huzzah!) They've been doing a great job modding in the past, and in the future I'm sure they will continue to play their important role in  the community until Hokages Room closes (whenever that is!).

Part Two~ So there's a mod badge? That will help so people can find out who the mods are, pretty simple, good idea. Not that anybody didn't know before, though. Hah.

Part Three~ Whats with the obsession of people claiming to be / wanting to be a moderator? That I don't understand much. People will find out eventually you're not one, and you'll be in deep crap because of it.

And people who say, "One day I'm gonna be a mod" like you're Naruto striving towards Hokage... I just find it kind of funny, when they refer to themselves as a "Future Mod", when it's not a rank like a Jounin, but a responsibility to dedicate yourself to the community.. all for only one shiny badge xP /joke

But anybody who can help the community now because they want to become one of the moderators in the future, you should just really continue to help people, and don't brag about that, either. It spoils the good deed, that you do for the sake of it.

Phrase of the Day

Tiger threat- ¹{n}; a threat in which somebody claims they will tell Tigerc10 something that the 'target' had done. ²{v}; threatening that you will call Tigerc10 on a person, often a person attack on a person, in hopes of intimidating the target. the act of tiger threatening is discouraged by moderators everywhere.

Yep, I just got my Shonen Jump in the mail today, and look here, we had another Naruto cover. This time it was Shippuuden Naruto (..again!) holding a kunai. I bet it's because of the plot going on in Naruto (what they're up to in the magazine, that is). And I figured I'd also show what I found on the back of the magazine...

Another Ad for Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm. I have to say, though, for some reason I'm attracted to the art, and I'm pretty sure it's because of the colors.. Eye catching. But, now I'm rambling, and I'll end this journal with a little list of what`s inside.

I think it would be kind of cool to be able to play on an island. A small island, with a little forest, gives good places to hide, and a nice environment to fight in. I know, it's a bit out of place for Naruto, but I think it would be pretty cool, especially with things like destructible stages!

Have a few washed up boxes, or just some trees you're able to knock over. Plus, maybe a part of it where there's a coast that leads into water? That would be cool, but it'd take up chakra to walk on the water. I think this would be a cool place to fight!

If anybody would like me to, I can make you an "About Me" card, like the one in my profile. If you'd like one, please include the Color you want the background to be, and any character you want on the card. Also, any other information you'd like on the card, or any specifics. And.. Thats all for now.~

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm.. when you hear that, what do you think? Are you pumped, are you looking forward to the game? I think things on HR are really going to get exciting after the release, eh? I really think so!

This game has a lot of cool new things to the Ultimate Ninja platform games, eh? 'Cause now you can make customizable teams of 3, like on the PSP! You can also use the cool new support system, for an extra wham to your opponent! However, I'm most looking forward to the new type of Environment the game is based on, and of course I have to love the graphics!

Isn't that amazingly close to the anime?

Yet, like I said, I'm a huge fan of the new 3-D environments! Now, I'm pretty sure you're thinking now that the graphics are more like the anime, it may be considered 2-D, but thats not what I'm talking about! The way you explore each stage, is way different than before, when you'd just shuffle back and forth on one of two levels of the stage. (See Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3)

Now, imagine this: You're on one side of the stage, and your enemy is running towards you.. won't this 3-D environment make it so much easier to be able to execute jutsu? Not just that, but to dodge attacks.. as well as execute them! Don't you think it'd be so fun to be able to see fighting from a whole new perspective, a whole new way?

Whoa, check that out.. isn't that cool?

The game should be worth waiting for, I think!

So, yesterday was my first day.

My school, however, only has 5 rooms, excluding the basement which has a teacher meeting room, small kitchen, and principals office.

It has Social Studies, English, Math, Science, and Art rooms.

Luckily, we have 5 minutes to get class to class, but we basically use four minutes to talk. XD

Yet. I'm still somewhat in "Denial" that schools even going on. Kinda weird, but.. I am.~ Either way, here it is, can't do anything about it.

Alrighty now. Yes. I'm not retarded, I'm aware HokagesRoom is open now, and will be until October.

Buuuut.

Somebody asked me to, and I decided it'd give me something to do with my spare time.

So. I used to have a HR forum with 60+ members, and I decided, well, I'll remake it, and make it better.

Which, I did. Basic now, I will be adding more things. So. Without further ado, the >>unofficial<< hokagesroom (v2?) forum. .___.;

I did, put more work into this one, with custom titles, a better planned out Ryo system, ranks, etc.. So yeah. o_O I dunno.
