ok I got my UN3 tshirt X] the problem is that when I went down to Calgary for otafest... My fiancee added it to her colletion of goods she has of mine. lol

Just waiting for my shonen jumps and poster to come into the mail.

Oh also I am now recruting staff and volunteers for HVAC Kelowna

just came home from my classes and I checked the mail... I now have the pre-ordered figure.

lol I got Kakashi, what did you get?

Chapter 9

Water vs. 1,000...?!

            Acqua shimmied along the wall, feeling guilt for leaving Hero and Kei behind and knowing that her sea blue dress did not suite well for stealth.

But she knew that Hero would want her to do something and that something was to find and free Yume, As well as getting rid of the barrier somehow.

"Ah well there's no pressure what so over ever, just great. Oh well it's for Hero." she sighed in thoughts.

She continued along checking rooms not knowing that Hero was out cold and Airisu was taking her shot at Seirgei.

"Ahhh," Screamed Kei being tossed around.

"Your pathetic, you alone are not enough to take me on" chuckled Seirgei, floating in the air with his arms crossed.

Kei fell to her knees.

"He's too strong for my spells...How can we beat him?" She whispered falling into a daze, then losing vision and blacking out.

"Hmm, now what to do to them, Wait wasn't there another one?" He asked himself. Then shock came across him.

"Damn it! That girl in blue, things may go sour after all." He sighed, taking a radio out of his pocket, relaying a message.

"Trigger, we've got a trouble, that girl able to control water escaped me. Think you can take her this time?" He asked into the device.

"Roger that boss, she won't get me off guard this time round." He answered standing on the roof looking into the room where Yume is held captive.

"You best be sure of that, no screw ups at all." Seirgei ceased communication.

Acqua peeked through a door that was partially open noticing Yume waiting patiently for Hero obviously to rescue her.

"Why am I doing this again?" She questioned herself. 'Right cause Hero's handling the big tough bad guy' she came to a sarcastic conclusion.

"Sneaking into the room avoiding every light, she crept closer to Yume.

"Hero's going to owe me big time for this."  She thought to herself.

"Psst..." She whispered trying to get Yume’s attention.

"PSSST," She tried again.

"Who's there? Hero is that you?" Yume looked around.

"She I was right, she is desperate for him, well too bad. But I guess I'll still have to rescue her though." She crouched behind the chair.

"I feel very wanted, so you want me to get you out of here Yume?" She asked while still up against a chair.
          

            "Acqua...What are you doing here, where’s Hero, is he okay?" Yume questioned back, in twenty questions panic mode.

"He's going fair, so am I going to bust you out of here or what?" Acqua asked.

"Yes let’s go, I want to see Hero!" She replied hastily.

"Ok, ok, hold tight," She confirmed, Grabbing a jack knife from her left inner thigh.

Just as she cut the rope, Trigger crashed through the window where he was watching them.

"Hold it! You're not going anywhere without my consent." He sneered staring intently at Acqua.

"By your look I guess you want to settle your score with me?" She stated.

"Damn right! I won't make the same mistake twice! You're going down!!!" he shouted at her.

"Yume get to Hero, I'll handle this myself. This should be no problem, he is very dull witted." She smiled to her.

A look of sheer seriousness covered her face as she turned her focus to Trigger, watching Yume flee to Hero.

“It’s no good; the boss is most likely through with him.” He spoke in assurance.

“Right now that’s Yume’s concern; mine is putting you in your place.” She gritted her teeth.

“Come at me you coward!!” Acqua commanded setting into stance.

Trigger, now riled up pulled out two pistols taking fire at Acqua, but she was gone.

“Where the hell did she go?” Trigger contemplated.

“Down here, you’re slow...” She smirked, laying two shots to Triggers gut.

“Oh damn she’s fast, I can’t take her lightly.” He thought, coughing up blood. He went to strike at her but she was gone again.

“… * strategy change! I must match her speed or surpass it, other wise I’m done for,” He pondered, blocking one out of three shots from Acqua.”

The combatants swapped blows for a fair time.

“Huff, huff, you’re not taking me lightly anymore? Well it’s about time, sad thing is though, and I haven’t even used any water. You’re still holding back aren’t you? Come on; come at me with all you’ve got!” Acqua sneered, contradicting her own words.

“How can I refuse such a request from such an exquisite lady?” He mocked a gentle men’s tone. He put away his small arms and chuckles, reaching deeper into his trench coat, pulling out two larger machine guns allotted with chains of ammunition,

“Are you ready to play little lady?” Trigger grinned widely with hints of insanity.

“I’m ready to tango, boy” she sneered, at the end of her sentence. He began to fire in an uncontrollable fury. Shells pierce the walls of the warehouse, maniacal laughter echoed against them as well.

“You’re going to the heir of the legacy!” Trigger cackled taking out more arms and some how appearing to have more limbs, Acqua to a glance in disgust while evading fire.

“That’s inhuman! What is he?!” she pondered

A shot skims her arm had lost her train of thought. She zoned back to her silence, the few remaining shells hit the ground with a ‘tink’. She stopped, now looking over to Trigger.

She noticed his eyes had gone pure white, then the expression on his face of sheer pleasure.

Her face grew to a shock when she noticed Trigger had exactly one thousand arms extending out from his body, each holding a gun of different style, all pointed at her.

“This is really ba-” she was cut off by his infant shouting.

“Hell’s fire!” He shouted. She had a split second to think while taking observation of the shattered window that he came through earlier.

She summoned a razor sharp water blade; using her agility she sliced off all the ends of the guns in one sweep and pierced his stomach. He then coughed up blood and chuckled.

“What is your name?” He asked coughing up more blood.

“The names Acqua, goddess of the water,” She answered withdrawing her blade from him.

“Acqua… I gi-give this bout to you, M-may… you not b-be…so fortunate…next…time” He smiled falling backwards blacking out.

I look forward to our next match as well and hopefully under better circumstances, but I have to go and aid to Hero and Kei” she spoke softly, limping out the door, leaving Trigger again defeated and some herbal medicine for when he came to.

“I’m coming back for you boy! You shouldn’t have died yet! We’ll figure out what’s with all this legacy stuff.”

Chapter 8

Out cold Lie

"Chaos!" shouted Hero ramming through the warehouse entrance, Kei and

Acqua following in behind, wet, "Ah the guests of honor have finally arrived," Seirgei’s voice sounded from over head,

Where’s Yume, what'd you do to her?!" he spoke in haste.

"In time little one her location will be known, but tell me. Did you enjoy your warm up?" Seirgei's calmly asked.

"Warm up?!? Sending Mr. Lock to delay my arrival isn't a warm up, it's a sneer plan to wear me down." he growled as his patience was thinning.

"Now, Now Hero Aiyami, I was merely testing you." Seirgei spoke coming down out of the shadows slowly.

"Testing me?" Hero questioned.

"Testing him?!" both Kei and Acqua repeated.

"Yes, and although with the aid of your comrades you passed with style." he answered.

"Why all of this examination," Hero asked while trying to stay still.

"To see if you were worthy enough to heir to the one in the legacy." he explained giving a sly grin.

"Tough enough to face you...of course I am. As to the heir to the legacy, I have no idea what you’re talking about." Hero boasted with confidence.

"Hero, don't go in over your head, we don't even know how powerful he is yet." Acqua noted. He got into his fighting stance.

"He’s got the ability to use the wind current at his disposal. So what, like that's going to stop me." He continued to boast.

"You should listen to her Hero. There's more to him and it’s not good..." Kei trailed off.

"Do you have any better idea to save Yume? I’m open to suggestions." He asked looking back to them. Both ladies looked away and shook their heads.

"Thought so" He grunted.

"Shall we get this over with? I've got a business to run and a world to rule." Sergei yawned. Taking off his school trench coat, revealing a muscle shirt and a pair of black wings, feathers scattered everywhere.

"Conditions are as followed for this match;

I win, you tell me how you have half breed abilities and you die slow and sufferable.

I lose, you get your precious Yume returned to you, fox magic and all and you gain a little bit of my respect." he explained while stretching.

"Clear on all of it aside from the half fox magic stuff. Oh and two things; One, I'm human and Two, who says your going to live when I beat you anyway?" Hero confirmed.

"Before we begin one more additional rule to be mentioned; your friends cannot aid you at all. Any motion made by them to tip this fight in your favor, Yume will be killed instantly." he sharpened his tone.

"Man you want to really win this, do you not?" Hero asked eager to do battle.

"Hero, please. There must be another way to do this." Acqua cried at him.

"Acqua, I've accepted his conditions, there's no other way out. Please just be with me on this. Well get out of this alright, trust me" he contemplated with her. Seirgei then appeared right beside him.

"Never take your eyes off your target mutt." he spoke, giving a clear shot to Hero’s face, sending him skyward into the dark rafters.

"Heh you just gave me an advantage, you can't fight what you can't see now can you?" Hero spoke, wiping the blood from his face.

"Hiding in the dark isn't much of a great tactic if you keep talking; it gives your position away easily." Seirgei mocked him, flying towards him.

"I better mo-!! Ack," He was cut off as Seirgei swooped above him giving a double handed shot to his head.

"Told you," Seirgei smirked, watching him dive to the ground, Creating a crater and smoke.

"Fast bugger, aren't you?" He huffed, dashing out of the smoke from a new angle to attack.

"There’s got to be a way I could take him out, but how?" he pondered, and then an instinct came over him, as he ran up the wall. He continued up the wall passing the rafters, bending his legs he bounded off the wall. Doing several back flips before reverse axe kicking Seirgei in the back of the head. Seirgei landed on the ground feet first, Hero right after him.

"Whoa, what the heck did I just do?" He asked himself in shock.

"You let your guard down!!" Seirgei answered, throwing a right hook towards him. Still surprised at the defeat he just accomplished, Hero sub consciously put up his hand, catching Seirgei's punch.

An instinct came over him again as he right hooked Seirgei in the chest sending him back a few inches. He repeated to beat on him, moving faster with each blow.

"Fast fist times one thousand" Hero mumbled under his breath. Seirgei caught the last two hooks thrown at him giving a wide sly grin.

"You cannot beat me you pathetic excuse for a half demon" Seirgei smirked tightening his grip on Hero’s fists.

"I am no half demon!!" growled Hero, bearing fangs as he climbed up Seirgei's chest, kicking him twice in the chin. As Hero was in the air, Seirgei grabbed his heels, tossing him into the wall.

"Where'd Acqua go?" Hero thought before going unconscious on the ground.

"HERO, you’re going down Chaos," Shouted Kei spinning in the air landing two shots to his face, knocking him down.

"Heh, so you saw through my bluff huh?" he chuckled getting back up.

with each book of HL that i write I include a small chapter of experiences I've had myself in a short story. so Heres HLSS 01 for book 1 chapters 1 - 5.

Hero’s Legacy Side Story 01:

The older, the more Observant

It was a roller coaster today at work for Hero, as the rush came and went. He took stand at front cash registering orders.

‘When will I ever get to go home?’ he thought to himself heaving out a rather large sigh.

More customers filed through some friendly and patient, some not so easy to handle. He continued to smile on.

“Welcome to Burger King, what can I get you today?” He asked a man in his late thirties, early forties.

“I have yet to decide”, the man replied to him.

“Okay, just let me know when you’re ready sir.” He spewed out rather quickly.

The man took another glance at Hero before viewing the boards again. Hero was arranging an order together for drive thru.

“Do you study a type of martial art?” The man asked him, also signalling that he was ready to give his order. Hero finished his current task and resumed his position at the till.

“Why yes I do...” Hero hesitated, “How could you tell?” He answered, relaying a question in return while dialling the sir’s order into the monitor.

“I could tell because I used to do a few studies myself,” he answered after he finished speaking the order.

“Your total is six thirty-five,” Hero spoke as he tended the order, receiving seven dollars. “Sixty-five cents is your complete change, no body can usually tell that I study” He said while he completed the transaction.  Hero began putting the order together, getting the beverage first.

“What type do you study, it has to be one of the physical types” The man quizzed. Narrowing down an answer “right again sir! I study Taijutsu and a fair bit of Ninjutsu too” He answered, with a shocked facial expression.

“I thought so; I’ve seen that flare before.” The man replied. Hero placed the order on a tray.

“There you go sir; we hope to see you again.” He said sending the customer on his way.  ‘Only a high level fighter could tell that I study Taijutsu. He is no ordinary man.’ He thought, while he took the next order.

Hey everyone! Hero here.

I'm in IGI class (Introduction to gaming industry)

I brought up Naruto: Ultimate ninja storm... and of course Being the huge otaku I am everybody just sighed. So I also brought up the fact that blu ray was making games more efficient in graphic value.

Anyway the discussion was the fact of what games were coming out within the next half year. Bringing up the NUNS -snickers- had alot of ppl hooked after I showed the trailer to the class.

I'm always spreading the hype on the NUN series I hope all you are as well.

Hero.

Well I've posted all 7 typed chapters in Gathering of the ninja on the forums I hope many of you read them and enjoy the plot. I'm working with my editor to get 8 - 10 typed up and sent to me. Then i can finish 11 - 15 completing book 3 @_@

After that I think the writing will stop for a bit so I can do the strips for each chapter that way I have a somewhat ready book for publication.

Also I have been working my butt off to get an anime convention started in my local area (Kelowna BC Canada). Its Called the HV Con. many events will be planned for 2 days. Woah! If you want to help out or are interested in attending the HV Con don't heasitate to tell me, better yet Join Hero Vision and help with its growth.

Then theres the fact of keeping up with my schooling ^^ thats a task all in its self. lol.

Hero Aiyami

            Hero continued to cough up dust from the dust tornado.

            “Is everyone alright?” Shouted Acqua as the area became visible.

            “I’m alright, a little congested, but none the less,” Hero sniffled. “ . . . Wait, has anybody seen Yume? She disappeared after the dust tornado,” he asked.  Everyone shrugged as the wind blew again. Hero’s eye opened wide giving a low growl.

             “What the Heck”, Shouted Hero before he was taken out.              

            Yume’s eyes opened wearily, and then became alert. She didn’t know where she was or what time of day it happened to be. Looking around, she tried to get up only to be tied down. The last thing she remembered was Seirgei’s dust tornado and that was it. The room was dark with only a few lights lit pointing in her direction.

            “I know your secret, Yume the fox demon” he stated walking closer to her. She closed her eyes a glow formed around her. As the glow disappeared around her, a different appearance was taken upon.  Her hair was now turned from a reddish color to a bright white, her ears pointed and a red fox tail poked out through her skirt. She bared her fangs at him.

            “You’re not going to get away with kidnapping me,” she yelled at him. He stopped and laughed again.

            “Just sit and watch it unfold,” he laughed once again.

            “We’ll just see how well it does,” Yume growled.

              Hero awoke in bed his head pounding. “Careful now Hun, your friends told me you took a pretty big hit.” Ms. Aiyami spoke gently in a soothing tone.

            “Yeah they brought a huge crane over here as well saying ‘He’ll need all the luck he can get’ or something to that extent.” Diana added to her mothers’ comment, eating some pocky. Hero sat up looking around the room.

           “Back at school there’s still ten minutes of the last class left,” Diana informed him walking off, back to her business. He got out of bed.

            “Okay sweetie, you just be more careful now, wouldn’t want you going into a permanent coma” She giggled and kissed his forehead before she left his room. He closed his door and dropped out his schools uniform. He grabbed the clothing that was cleaned, which was a red kimono that his father used to wear, or so his mother said. He tossed it on and exited his room not bothering to even wear socks. Hero slid on the rail to downstairs seeing the crane.

            “I should maybe take a look at that” He thought landing on the hardwood floor. Walking toward it he noticed that it was a lot smaller then when it hit him. He reached for it then the phone rang. Hero picked up the phone,

            “May I ask whose calling?” Again he asked, eyeing the crane.

            “Well I answered the phone so I must be doing alright. I’m surprised you did a double check.” He spoke sarcastically.

            “Um, uh, I-I didn’t want to but Airisu convinced me to”, Replied a flustered Acqua.

“I did not!” Shouted Airisu from the background, Hero laughed, he was about to speak when the other line beeped in.

            “Sure . . .” She hesitantly replied.

            “I’ll be there!” Hero snarled before clicking back over.

            “Acqua, I’ve got to get to the harbor in an hour and with that woman I met at the back too!” He spoke before hanging up.

            “Be careful twerp!” Diana replied. He dashed out the door, ignoring the crane

             “What was that all about?” Airisu asked Acqua, noticing her locket burning.

            “I’m off.” Airisu spoke waving later; she knew what she had to do.

            “Well I’m not going to be left out of this one.” She stated. She left her house and headed for the harbor. Seirgei’s plan had fallen in place and the thunder of the wind roared.

Wow, I go for one weekend to vancouver for a job interview....

and here I am checking in, reading my messages that I became a Chunin.

"no way" was the first thing that went through my head. so I had to check my profile.
