- Japanese Mythology
-
In Japanese mythology Jiriya and Lady Tsunade were once married in a little village that not alot of people visited. Jiriya Monogatari had an apprentice named Yashagoro. One night while Tsunade and Jiriya were sleeping Yashagoro turned evil because he was overwhelmed by serpent magic. He became Known as Orochimaru.
In Japanese "Orochi" means Eight Headed Snake, and "Maru" is the ending of a name. He tried to kill Tsunade and Jiriya but just as he struck them both with his venom a ninja named Hatori cut of 4 of the beast's heads and tooke Tsunade and Jiriya to a safe hiding place. There he treated their wounds and let them rest.
However Hatori paid dearly for saving the couple. The next night Orochimaru killed off Hatori's entire family. After that Hatori, Jiriya, and Tsunade left the little village to start a new life. Some where that Orochimaru would not find. The couple lived their lives, forever in dept to Hatori for saving their lives. Hatori met a beutiful woman who he later maried and had three kids. No one ever saw Orochimaru again.
