My best friend poem- He's so awesome!!!

I wish I were alive

 

Here I am, without sense. I can’t see, it’s dark

I can’t hear anything but my own thoughts,not a sound, not a bark

The only smell I can sense is the smell of rotten meat

Where am I? I don’t know, but for how it feels, it seems neat

Yes, I can touch, but not move. I feel weak, I’m doomed

Suddenly I remind how it was being alive, I’m so dumb.

I reminded that day, when I felt so bad and took that knife

Yes, just a piece of metal, a sharp piece of metal took away my life.

I stuck it right on my throat; a lot of blood was coming out,

After some seconds I felt like dying, I couldn’t even feel my mouth

Why did I do that? I got tired of living in a rotten world

Where nice people get rejected and everyone lacks love.

But now I have an eternity to think about life

“I am so dumb, I wish I was alive”

That’s what I say to myself. I see a light, I feel scared

I’m not in that place anymore, I see an angel, that’s all I stare

She says “Do you really want to once again have a life?”

“I’m so dumb, I wish I could love, I wish I were alive”

I answered. The angel staring at me said:

“Come with me, you can still love, your suicidal sin has been paid”

Without understanding I follow her, she takes me to my old school

“Can you feel love for this people?” The angel asks in a bad mood

“Not anymore, I’m death, can’t you see?” I answer

“You can still love, just follow me again” The angel whispers

She takes me to the house of the person I loved, she seems sad

“Ok, I feel love, you were right, but I still can’t be loved back!

I am so dumb, I wish I could be loved, I wish I were alive”.

“But even if you lived, she wouldn't love you anymore, she took you out of her life

She isn’t even sad about your death, she is thinking of another man”

After listening to this, trying to hide my crying face, I look to my left side.

“Being alive isn’t worth it, thanks God I committed suicide”
