i pick those three because they are good fighters.  They all have different types of fighting as well.  neji has the Byakugan, Itchi has the sharigan, and shikamaru has is 2oo iq and his shadow.  So neji can see far away, itchi can make the oppents feel dumbfounded and shik can use his shadows to catch while they are not paying attation
