Okay, so I completed my 5th mission on Februaury 29th, and I haven't ranked up from that one yet. I know the Hokages MUST be busy ...but I am not sure why I'm in this situation.

ya i did the new mission from yesturday about how excited are you and what are your plans when the game comes out and i did not rank up yet, he probably is busy with the 2 new missions he posted today
