If I had to think about turning one of the naruto characters, I think I'd choose Sasuke Uchiha in his 2nd stage curse mark mode. I'd make him a vampire because of his bat wings and his long spikey hair. Well Dracula Uchiha will have this long, black coat with a Uchiha sign on the back of it. He would have his super spikey hair but in black and his face would look very creepy with those blood thirsty fangs. Then he'll be able to transform into a bat with those huge, spiked wings flying through the night. That's all I can think of so Happy Halloween!
