Character Description:
OK her name is Lilith and she is from Uchiha clan, Lilith surviwed destruction of clan because she has been confirmed to died in mission week before. Now she wants to know the true reason why clan was killed by Itachi and what village had to to with it. She posses magenkyou sharingan and it master in controling chakra (she can crystalize it and control) and water jutsus. When she combines water and chakra she can control it like something alive. We could meet her in Akatsuki rising when trying 'talk' to Itachi (easier said than done).
