Character Description:
His name Tabuka and he's from the hidden mist, his left hand is completly destroyed leaving strange chakra leaking out, his right was cut off. He is a one-tailed-water demon who has infinite water in chakra form for him to use. He has over 700 justus in his left hand and can destroy even the hokage. He will be very tough to defeat due to his enormous water chakra flow around him.
