Forum Search Tips Close

Basics

  1. Search syntax is similar to Google searches.
  2. Words shorter than 4 characters are ignored.
  3. Searches are NOT case-sensitive.
  4. Automatic 'and' queries: The search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.
  5. Only the body of the post is searched by default. Use the Advanced search to also search by subject.
  6. Word variation/stemming is currently not supported. For example, if you search for acting or acted, the search will not return results for act.

Phrase Searches

Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"

Negative Terms

If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

    "Holy crap!" She shouted. She fired a few arrows and one stabbed him in the shoulder. She than made an energy like ball around herself, but the energy shots started getting through after a few minutes "Ugh!" 2 of the shots hit her and she fell down. Than when she seemed hopeless she just sank into the ground as a circle appeared on the ground. Another one appeared beneath him, and she sank out of it, grabbing his legs, pulling him down (Kakashi style) Now he was in the ground up to his chest and was still sinking in. She just stood there looking down at him, with an evil smile. An energy bow and arrow appeared in her hand again, and she pointed it right at his head, about to fire it.
