Basics

  1. Search syntax is similar to Google searches.
  2. Words shorter than 4 characters are ignored.
  3. Searches are NOT case-sensitive.
  4. Automatic 'and' queries: The search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.
  5. Only the body of the post is searched by default. Use the Advanced search to also search by subject.
  6. Word variation/stemming is currently not supported. For example, if you search for acting or acted, the search will not return results for act.

Phrase Searches

Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"

Negative Terms

If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

    It was a tiny mean tempered dragon that the attacked Desais and bite him on his right foot, then disapered.  Iken got a good chuckle out of this turn of events. (Wow the same thing happened to me back in the day.)

    Then Desais trys again this time it works but the dragon wasnt the same again but just a bit larger. Desais freaks out and then throws a kunai at it. That doesnt work

    Iken steps in the dragon stops its attack and bouws its head, "You and the other dragons will obay Desais, he will be your new master." The dragon nodes its head and disapears back to spread the message.
