He would kick naruto's * not because im a sasuke fan boy but because he trained much more than naruto naruto has 2 new moves wich are 2 variations of rasengan and 1 he can't even use without destroying himself + naruto won't use his kyuubi form anymore susuke can now fuly controle his curse mark , sharingan and he has a lot of new moves and an awsome sword *the yellow flash aka the fourth hokage would beat them both easly ! x)

i think older sasuke will win and its simeple
not only has he mastered the sharingan and the curse mark
but he defeated orochimaru when naruto in kyuubi mode could not
(though orochimaru was in a weakened state) but anywho thats why sasuke would win

earlier on sasuke would win because he is beast like that but currently and i wont say why but he is much stronger than sasuke

Since I am alot further into Shippuuden than when Ultimate Ninja 4 takes place and where the anime is, my answer has changed but at the start of shippuuden based on when we first see Naruto and Sasuke interact , I would say that Sasuke would win hands down. He clearly outclasses all of squad 7 in their first encounter without trying that hard. So yeah from then Sasuke would win but later on its Naruto.
I feel that Sasuke would destroy Naruto in a fight. Naruto has some good moves but i do not think he could hit Sasuke with them. Sure naruto has Sage mode and the nine tails but Sasuke can stop him from going into them. Sasuke can see the nine tails and I'm absolutely positive that Sasuke can break the seal Naruto would have to do in order to go into sage mode. Sasuke just has a larger advantage in a fight. He is fighting the raikage by himself and putting up a decent fight. Naruto still cant fight Kakashi by himself. Sasuke has become a level where he can fight one on one with almost anyone without using shadow clones. So just think of the possibilities. It's not like Sasuke can't use clones he just chooses not to. So think if you were to fight ten different people with the sharingan all fighting. Not even Naruto's clones can stop one Sasuke, so multiply the possibilities. And Sasuke can control the nine tailed fox with his sharingan. Naruto is just a puppet compared to Sasuke. So if he even uses Rokubi on Sasuke the fight has already been decided. Sasuke is just a monster that can not be stopped now. You might as well just give him your lunch money, and don't be late.
