I am certain that an IP ban would be sufice in solving this anoyance. I'm sorry, but most people arn't smart enough to get around an IP ban so that would more than likly take care of them.

Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"
If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

What I think is that they contact their ISP(Internet Service Provider) and change there IP address.

Changing IP addresses is real simple. But I doubt this spamming bot is doing that, just masking it's IP so that it can't be pin pointed. Since HR doesn't have a similar spam filter like a regular email client does it kinda hard for the webmaster to find the source. I'm trying to help the_hokage out with this. If I can find the server port it's using I'll just firewall at it's source and send 'em a nice little "present"...hehehe...

I know how to and you may knw how to, but I find that most people don't know how to change their IP or get past an IP ban. BTW you don't need to contact your ISP to change you IP adress, it's simple enough to change it your self.

Well, you do. Anyway, they can also buy like another Modem to use a different IP address.

Modems don't change IP addresses but routers can...

I know that Modems can't. I said if you change for another Modem. And yes you can also change them in Routers.

It seems u are not understanding. No matter how many modems u have, if u don't change the cpu's IP then ALL of the modems will have the same IP. If they are all connected to the same cpu they all will have the same IP. These messages aren't even people, they're from a worm that latches on to weak or e-mail servers and creates phantom IPs. With the phantom IPs it creates accounts with those sites and so on...

Ok. Let's just leave it like that.
