Basics

  1. Search syntax is similar to Google searches.
  2. Words shorter than 4 characters are ignored.
  3. Searches are NOT case-sensitive.
  4. Automatic 'and' queries: The search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.
  5. Only the body of the post is searched by default. Use the Advanced search to also search by subject.
  6. Word variation/stemming is currently not supported. For example, if you search for acting or acted, the search will not return results for act.

Phrase Searches

Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"

Negative Terms

If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

    Why are people using the Hokagesroom as a means of internet dating? i dont get it, i don't like it, and quite frankly i'm disturbed by it! lol XD peopel can't we just control our hormones and talk about the important stuff realating to Naruto the coolest show ever, the one this site is devoted too! Save the internet dating for E-harmony or just get out and meet acutal people! Anyways thats what i feel about it, how bout you guyz?

    The ultimate root of the issue is the limitation of the similar-minded people available to a person through school.

    Consider: In elementry school, you have a few select friends.  Middle schools often times have between 3 and 6 elementry schools go to them, so the number of people you become exposed to expands - which means you will gain new friends, friends who are more like you.  This happens in high school too.  I can tell you, by the time I was in high school I never hung out with my elementry school friends anymore because we had all grown into such different people.

    Ultimately, Hokage's Room is bypassing the time requirement and exposing kids in elementry school to even more people (potential friends) right away.  This means that it's easier to find like-minded people, and they start having feelings for some of these other kids that they meet.




    Anyway, my opinion is that it's none of my business.  Honestly, if it makes someone happy and if it doesn't hurt anyone then I don't care.

    People should be allowed to do what they want. In my honest opinion, "e-dating" as it's called is, in a sense, safer than real dating. There's no risk of abusive relationships, being pressurred into doing things, etc, as there are in real ones.. though, there are it's flaws; if the other person tries to come into contact with their "girlfriend" or "boyfriend" in real life, and they're not what they seem...

    But if it's just innocent calling eachother nicknames, or whatever, if it makes them happy, I say do what you want.

    I don't think there's anything wrong with dating someone that lives in your same state that likes naruto. Yeah, naruto is cool but there's alot of drama over love in that anime anyway. Most people on here that want to date someone, date them cause they want to be like "such and such" charecter. If you want to date, go ahead and do it
