This whole week has been a great flurry of wonderful Akatsuki Rising release talks and we hope everyone is having a great Friday! Who's been glued to their PSPs? We hope you have a bit of time to come back and share with us what you think so far and what you like.
For our Friday celebration of Akatsuki Rising celebrations, we wanted to take a little break and chat on The Hokage's Scroll. Simply let us know what you like or dislike about the Akatsuki Clan and you could win a copy of NARUTO Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising! BELIEVE IT!

personally i think the most amazing thing about akatsuki is that its a bunch of differnt personalities clashing together but still working to achieve this master plan that baffled us all. the fact that everyone though pain was the leader untill nagatos death was pretty insane and you find out that its MADARA UCHIHA?! one of the founders of the hidden leaf! i also find the fact that even though most of them have been killed off and are now down to 3 i believe?(not including sasuke and his team of corse because they are just associates ) they are still feared all around the world.
I personally love the clan. They are all amazing ninjas with their own different types of jutsus and strengths. I love how Tobi acts so funny but he is also that strength and that one that no one can figure out anything about at all. Diedra is amazing with his different abilities. I love how he can use paper to attack people and how he has a extra mouth on his hand. That is amazing. The main one, Pein, is something totatlly different. He is extrememly powerful with all his different forms and how he can do pretty much anything he wants with each one of them. And that they all differ in looks from one another and from being a boy and a girl. The entire clan has always facinated me. I loved them from when I first learned of them, just because they are all so powerful and have incredible abilities that are hard for alot to beat against.
My prediction: Naruto will beat Neji, Kisame will pimp slap Sakura and then Naruto will rasenshuriken Kisame to win the tournament.
As for Akatsuki they are pretty cool! Considering how strong each memeber is I shudder to think about what would have happened had they all attacked one place together. The leader was a fool to let them get picked off one by one. They would be nearly invincible if they moved as a group. Sure it might take longer to get all the tailed beasts that way but you'd have better odds of actually getting them
I feel that the Akastuki are a well-organized group of criminals that are mysterious in origin, purpose, and power. Some of them seem nearly invincible, so I'm curious as to how they will be defeated... if at all.
what i dislike about akatsuki is that they r trying 2 take over the ninja world by using the biju to become conqueor of the ninja world. but if they were 2 use their powers 4 good they could make the ninja world a better place 2 live.
One of the main things I like about the Akatsuki is that they have the mental capacity to think up a plan to catch all the tailed beasts and combine them together to create the ultimate beast of all time! At least thats the only thing I can think that they would be doing with all the tailed beasts. And my number one dislike about the Akatsuki is that they have no main leader of the organization. Supposedly Pain was the leader for a while, but then he died and it was just every man for himself pretty much. They really need to pick a leader (like Danzo) and stick with him!

@Byakugon , I agree with all of your choices except for one. I don't think Pain would necessarily be the strongest Akatsuki member. I think Tobi (Madara) is MUCH stronger than Pain. He can teleport virtually anywhere. So therefor he probably wont ever be hit by an attack his opponent tries to land.
I personally think that the Akatsuki are a group of criminals wit a bunch of different personalities. Even though they might wanna kill each other in the end they work together to complete their mission to achieve their mysterious plan. What I dislike about the Akatsuki is that they are planning to take over the world using all the bijus. Some of the Akatsuki members are not human, making them lack feelings and kill without hesitation. Most of the Akatsuki members are on Kage level making it hard for normal ninjas to beat them. I wonder what they could do IF they were a good Clan, maybe bring peace to this acursed world of ninja.
Well I dislike the Akatsuki is that they are to slow about their actions. If they wanted to in full force they could basically go and destory the hidden villages while they baited out most of their stronger ninja and then eventually finished the strong guys one by one. However they go about doing things all weak and slow like and that makes me angry.

I liked it a lot and I voted for naruto all the way. he is the best character in the whole series.
What I love about the akatsuki, is how many secrets are hidden within them. Their real goal, is much different from what you would imagine. And their members, all have superhuman abilities, which make them very formidable foes. Itachi being one of the strongest of the group. Madara being the real leader. And Sasuke becoming a pawn of Madara and working for akatsuki.
The Akatsuki has some of the best ninjas ever even though they're just plain evil. I like how their childhoods have brought them together and how it has made them gain formidable jutsu. Each personality complements another if you think about it. The best members were Itachi and Pain of course!
I hope Naruto wins.
That Akatsuki is pretty cool clan. It has many S classed ninjas that are capabel of killing the Kages. Personaly if I wouldn't want to cross their way if I were in the Naruto universe.
Akatsuki is made up all of freaks with many members having powers greater than entire villages. No member would be defeated without plot intervening. Moreover, most members are not really comrades, but simply use one another for their own gain.
Spoilers: Sasori can solo countries and can kill with poison that cant be cured unless you have a specific herb made in a specific way, Kisame can beat Bijuu alone with some effort and has the most chakra of the Akatsuki, Hidan can kill anyone who doesn't know his trick and is immortal, Kakuzu can use all elements and is powerful enough to take on Kakashi, Ino-Shika-Cho, Yamato, and Naruto alone and only lose to plot, Deidara is a weapon of mass destruction, Itachi....... I need not explain, Konan can be invulnerable to all attack unless you know exactly how to fight her and have the correct jutsu, Zetsu can hit you with spores and steal all of your chakra and heal himself or comrades, Pain is simply Almighty Broken level who would never be beat in a 1v1 fight at full strength, and Tobi can become intangible. Such freak
the akatsuki are great because they are some of the best ninja in the land. the abilities they have are rare and awsome. It is also cool that they are so mysterious and that the other members except for Itachi and Kisame aren't revealed until shippuden. Pain, Konan, and Madara Uchiha was just revealed and since they are revealed, then the true orgins of the akatsuki will be revealed soon. I can't wait for that.
I think the reason we all love the Akatsuki so much is because it is a group of different ninja with TOTALLY different powers and personalities, but they are incredibly powerful and come through together. Take Deidara and Sasori or even Deidara with Tobi, Sasori and Tobi are nothing like Deidara either personality whise or jutsu whise, but they do really know how to work together to get the job done. The fact that they extremely powerful adds onto the magnificence of the Akatsuki.
i like enigmatic aspects of the Akatsuki. and that they have comprised themselves from a varied group of ninja for their purposes.
Why do I like the Akatsuki? It's because each member has a motive to join the organization and act together to function as a dangerous entity. I find it fascinating that a group of S-Rank rogue ninjas, while following orders from an omnipotent leader, fulfills their own individual desires/goals. Take Kakuzu for instance, His motive for joining the Akatsuki is Greed and hunts down bounties while searching for the Bijuu.
Oh... and the fact members are assigned to a partner that compliment each others abilities/personalities lead to some awesome/awkward moments (I'm looking at you, Deidara and Tobi lol)
I like the akatsuki becuase are a powerful foe and each member is different from each other. Also they are mysterious.
I think if i was a ninja i would be in the Akatsuki. They are outcast that wanted to be more powerful then anyone else and thats what i want. I think they are the greatest clan and can stop anyone they just need to team up better. Honestly they would be better if they had my ninja Dante on there team.

To me the Akatsuki are awesome. They are more interesting then any other bad guys. I also love what they wear. And they are all from different villages and have there own personal kind of jutsu.
The Akatsuki are, well, legends! Half of them, you don't even know their powers, so they could strike at any time, anywhere. You know they're beast if they can take down Jinchuriki (people with tailed beasts) with relative ease, and those cloaks don't help in the matter. They've even got evil personalities to boot; greed, insanity, you name it, they got it. If I saw one, I wouldn't even bother to run. There's no use. It's the freakin' Akatsuki! Even my Sharingan can't take down Pain. In fact, that's all I would get. Pain! Akatsuki are too beastly.
The Akatsuki are amazing and very intelligent because they have goals and dreams. And they are evil.

Ohhh, just watch, somehow, Naruto is going to win this whole tournament. Because he always has the most fans. Kisame is going to come in second too. Just you wait. Oh, and I think the Akatsuki are cool because they're so mysterious and powerful. They have the potential to rule the whole world. It's just, ninja like Naruto are why they can never win. Yup, believe it. They're also awesome because their members are different and each have a special ability that could whoop any shinobi on their behinds! Mhm, the Akatsuki are totally amazing. If Itachi or Sasuke where in this contest now, things would be different. So here are my predictions:

I don't know a lot about the Akatsuki, but from what I do, I actually like. I like that the Akatsuki is made up of a bunch of different members, with different jutsu and different personalities, like Itatchi, Kisame, Deidra, Sasori, Tobi and Zetsu. (Sorry for not knowing all the Akatsuki, but these are the only ones I'm familiar with.) I'll know more, once Shippuden starts airing on TV later this month.
Well my favorite characters from Akatsuki are Itachi and Pain/Pein. I had a feeling, and i'm not lying, that Itachi was a good guy. I mean if he really was totally evil, he would of seriously gone after Naruto and captured him any time. I mean it's sad that he had to die, and dumb Sasuke, sorry not really a Sasuke fan anymore, didn't even get the message his brother left him. I love how Pein in his own way wanted to create peace, I mean it was a crazy plan but in a sense was in good intentions. But basically everyone in Akatsuki have their own plans, I mean they are just playing nice with each other until they get what they want. Just look at how Madara Uchiha is using them to get his stuff, wont say what, cause there might be some people who don't know yet. But all in all they are all amazing ninja with good fighting skills of their own, all though they use their skill for evil, they are still cool. lol.

I think that Akatsuki story-line in itself is amazing! Deidara has to be the all time coolest person in the Akatsuki, while Tobi is the funniest! ^_^ Tobi is a good boy
All of the Akatsuki have their own special talents, like Deidara has his art, Itachi has his Sharingan, Pain has his clones, and Sasori has his puppet
the best thing about akatsuki is that they are awesome and some of the most powerful ninja ever. and itachi definitely makes the clan even better.
i think the game is awesome of course, and i have to say the new fighting system is pretty nice and the akatsuki mode is pretty different too.

The game is beast for one I love the new way you can just press a button and realash awesome justu. I also love the new 3-D graphics and the new story line. Itachi is the guy I LOVE to play with to pwn my other friends who have the game.

I think Naruto Shippuden Legends: Akatsuki Rising is a great game! You can actually play in real battle like those in the show! Good Special for each player and the graphics are nice. Even Though IGN rated it 5.0 it doesn't really matter because this a really great game they're just really hating on the game. To me I would rate it 8/10. The character list is perfect and the storyline is real fun and exciting. I would recommend everyone to play this game.!!!!!!
What I like about the Akatsuki is that they're the most powerful group of ninja. They're very skillful with their jutsu and are very tough to beat. As you can see their goal is to collect all of the tailed-beast in order to fuse them into the Ten-tailed beast. As of now they have 7 out of nine which makes them really dangerous. The thing i don't like about them is that they are always into other people business like when they just buzz in just to get Gaara. Another one is that they be stealing other people's jutsu and be acting like they're the best. As you can see to me I think the Akatsuki are my favorite villains but at the same time they're are certain things that I don't like about them. So yeah Akatsuki=Favorite villains!!

I think the cool part about the Akatsuki is theat they're practily the strongest ninja from a village.And they each have unique abilities that are rare to others in the ninja world, so it takes alot of skill to beat them.There's really nothing i hate about them cause there awsome even though there goal is sinister, theyre still cool. My favorite akatsuki would be Itachi and Pain, mainly cause of there kekegenkai, the sharingan and the reyanugan are my favorite.
I think Akatsuki are so good because of difference in each member's character. You not gonna tell me that Hidan is not hilarious and Kakuzu just wish for him die, Deidara and Sasori having argument about art in the middle of the battlefield, Kisame is just soo funny and Itachi (my favourite) is just himself x_x. ahh don't forgethilarious Tobi he's just great great great simply good boy. At the top of that all personalities is poor leader-sama who's trying to put everything together and achieve their goal (feel sorry for him spending that much time with them...must be hard)

The Akatsuki have good reasons to gather the tailed beasts...Tobi eventually tells his plan of him using the akatsuki to gather the tailed beasts to create the Moon's Eye
well i think the akatsuki is awesome i wish i was a member u know i would probrobly like to dress up has one but i would have to get the outfit but what i am planning to do is get a pare of sharingan eyes because my favorite clan is the uchihas because they rock at all times so yea
Akatsuki is great because they are filled with S-Class missing-nins. They can overwhelm most jounins and the strongest members of Akatsuki can beat even Kages. And best of all, they can even beat tailed beasts and their hosts. Itachi is a legendry Uchiha member whose Mangekyou Sharingan can activate the three great techniques. Kisame is one of the Seven Swordsmen of Hidden Mist and has chakra comparable to a tailed beast. Deidara is a former terrorist who can create clay bombs with his three mouths. Sasori is a legendry puppet master, rumored to have defeated an entire nation with only 100 puppets. Hidan is an immortal ninja and Kakuzu is someone who survived against the first hokage, Senju Hashirama, who was the greatest ninja of his time. Pain holds the rinnegan, the strongest eye in the naruto world. Konan is skilled at paper jutsus. Tobi is a funny guy but beneath his mask, thre lies Uchiha Madara, who is an invincible immortal.
Bring more out, that was fun, use all characters like rock lee, temari, and hinata.
