It's great because now you are able to use a more wider range to use different Jutsus and Items and play out your strategy in how to take advantage of the wider and freeroaming field. For example, image if you want to set-up a trap. You can keep a distance away and place items on the ground and have your opponent run into it by navigating the field, or you can use the space to charge your chakra while you summon your team to come-in to help keep your opponent at bay. The transition to 3D with the wider playing field is definitely a great plus to everyone! |

Well, I can't say who all the characters are right now, but I can say that a lot of the guesses that have been popping-up all over are pretty close to home. All I can say of the characters is that we made sure we selected characters whom we felt would appeal to our fans and made sure that it wouldn't spoil our audience who may not know any newer arcs in the story, so again, I say you all have a pretty good idea of who will be coming : ) |
| Pain01 | In Ultimate Ninja Storm, will their be a free roam like their was in Ultimate Ninja 3 and if so will it be more detailed and larger than the previous one? | We'll have the Konoha Hidden Village for you to explore and move around in which will feature a number of missions that you can undertake there. The village is a very accurate scale from the manga series with a lot of things to find, so I'm sure you'll find that you will feel as if you really are part of the anime playing the game. |

| loveorhatewhichone | I would like to know if there are any special moves for certain characters and if there are any bonus misssions? | In the freeroaming missions, your main character will be Naruto who will have a number of different moves to help you navigate and clear different missions. As to bonus missions, with more than 100 different missions, many which you have to unlock, you should have a fun time trying to perfect the game from start to finish. |

Also, will there be trophy's for this game? | Well, since the game is moving from 2D to 3D, there were a number of tweaks in how the battle played out as well. Such as, how do you control the character with ease, how can you make their actions look cool, how do we want the camera to work? There are a lot of fine tuning and adjustments that have to be made in order to make the game as fluid and easy to play with as possible. I can assure you that the game play experience here will be something you will be certainly be pleasently surprised with. As to Trophy, we wont have the Trophy function in the game, but the in-game volume will for sure be a lot to do in place of it! |

I honestly don't have any other questions, but I do want to add that I've been a fan of cyberconnect2 for about a year, ever since I played Narutimate Accel. Ultimate Ninja Storm will be awesome! |
For the DLC, we're planning on giving you exactly what you asked for; some of them are compelling missions and awesome support characters that you can freely unleash as you wish. Please check the official website and major gaming sites regularly for more info on the game as we will surely be releasing some important information about pre-order gift items at selected retailers that early birds will be able to obtain. I can't share much detail at this point but, we are planning to release a limited number of exciting DLC as free pre-order gift. :-) As for Itachi and Kisame, they will be in the game as playable characters! And thanks for being a fan of CyberConnect2 and the series! I can say frontline that they have been putting a lot of effort to make sure this appeals to all the fans in that it is a similar representation to the anime. Also, they are trying to make it so that even non-fans can appreciate the simple yet deep content of the game and license, so stay tuned to the project and CyberConnect2 - we'll be sure to entice players for a long time to come! |

the opportunity to get our most passionate fans actively involved in crafting
the name of the new breed of Ultimate Ninja brand. Again, we would liked to
share our appreciation with everyone who participated in the grand project.
There was not only the word "STORM" suggested as candidates but
also other variations such as the word "ThunderStorm." :-) We not
only got feedback from Hokage's Room, but we also carefully looked at the
license itself and tried to make the most appealing decision and also name truest to the Naruto license. Since
Naruto is associated with the Wind element and Sasuke is of Lightning
element, we found it natural to come-up with the word "STORM".
Also, "STORM" means the "storm that the game will cause to all
users" and storm is an expression of energy and fervor... well, I
actually made the last one up, but really, I think the name captures the
essence of what the game is going to entail. We wanted to convey the clear
message to the fans of the lincense and to the ones that are less familiar
with the brand that this is a new breed of Ninja game. It not only inherits
the merits of Ultimate Ninja (the most popular Naruto game brand) but also
invents ground breaking new rules. We truly believe that this game will set a
new bar for all licensed games to follow. I believe the name Storm well suggests the new wave of superior quality of Naruto games we will be delivering. |

Also, note that CyberConnect2 made a special cell-shading engine just for this game, so that's just a hint at how much attention is being put into the development of this game. |

I am increasingly p.i.s.s.e.d. at the not the questions asked but how they were chosen. Every qustion that was answered in a thread should not even have been looked at. what was the point of letting us ask questions if we were only going to get info like... you can break a vase?? WTF? If they werent going to tell us something positive about the game insted of another let down, (which is that there wont be trophies) how can anyone of you be satisfyed? Those were not answers, they were reminders.
Yh i get what your saying. Its as if the questions that were asked were before the game came out. To be honest not one piece of information there is new to me except not having trophies.
It is all stupid all the awnsers are stuff we already know the obvious, its all crap you could just go to any old site and get information by looking at the pictures yourself. All the awnsers were a waste of time, why don't you just awnser and ask more important questions other than ones from the demo that you already know and ones from the pictures and trailers. Calm down, thats only some of the DLC, they will be giving us. Be thankfull they even stated that Itachi was even playable as a full character

What a useless questions... where are questions like... how will be the transition between you choose a mission, where it take place and how do enter in combat? (random fights? enemies in the map?)

I doubt you can knock a person under the water the only game that allows ripped clothes getting knocked under water, destroying the earth and increasing your strenght til your accually stronger than your opponent is dbz... naruto is not even close to that advanced yet. the land in naruto never cracks or breaks you can't even smash someone into the ground. naruto and sasukes fight was serious they left a mark of broken rocks the ground and even the water shaked on the whole area. but i doubt you'll ever see that in this game.

If they have not given all the *g answers to the big as freaking sites like Gamespot or IGN why the hell would they ever give you individuals the detailed answers that have not been given to the major media. I completely understand what the people who are angry at the stupid questions are feeling, but really I didn't expect them to answer anything more than just the stupid ones, and I didn't expect everyone to actually ask a good question.
This was very interesting to read, but I didn't exactly learn anything (although I was wondering if Itachi would be a playable character). I too would love it if we could play as the fourth hokage, or even all of them, but whoever said that they should have an extension thing with all five hokages.... Tsunade is already in the game, so they wouldn't need that. Of course they'd have the sound five, if they have the storyline going through the sasuke retrieval arc they would have had to have the sound five.
Anyway, I'm still super looking forward to this game! I play the demo like every day, and I'm just aching for more!
It wasnt so much us expecting but the fact that they said they would answer queestions which implies that they would give us information we have not heard of. I recoginize that, yes, they confimed Itachi and yes, they told us there are no trophies but, Itachi was obvious and no trophies is just dissappointing. It was implied that the developer wouuld answer questions that have not been asked before. Just 1 or 2 positive things that would make me want to buy the game. Seriously, as of right now, Im just going to rent it. C'mon; $60.00 (plus tax) for a fighting game with no online or trophies? The developers are simply taking Naruto fans for granted. They know that they will allways have consumers, even if the product is below par. The only improvement that was made is the graphics and in this day and age, graphics just is not enough. They have to give the game more than a free-roaming fighter. D.a.m.n.

By the time Storm 2 is confimed Shippuden will be in America. h.e.l.l., by the time Storm is released, Shippuden wont be to far away at all. Its a lot closer than people think. I think it will be out in late October early November... somewhere around that; assuming there wont be a "Naruto Break" on Toonami.

Even though that looks correct, you shouldnt post anything like a roster unless its confirmed by CC2. Wikipedia isnt 100% believable. If Im a member of Wikipedia, I could say that the game was not coming to America and Wikipeddia would of allowed it on the site. They dont check the facts on video games.

narutogarra they worry about ninja storm 2 because uns 1 is plain 25 characters 2 downloads. and dlc that everyone talks about all the time which is kind of annoying. who knows if there will even be a storm 2. i guess everyone just has high hopes lol. but i doubt we'll ever get that kind of information from this site since its closing october 31. some fans take things a little to serious lol. its kind of funny.
