All your submissions for Mission 51 have got me thinking about just how great the cinematics are shaping up for NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja Storm. I know you have been thinking and writing about grand cinema ideas of what it would be like to bring these characters to real life but I just had to go look at some of the videos for the game again and am really liking how it plays out more like watching an anime than a console game.
Perhaps it's because the game is being released on the PS3 that makes this game look so gorgeous with the cinematic quality HD graphics. Just curious, who has a PS3? Are there any other games that you've been playing on the PS3 that has mind-blowing graphics as well?

1st!!! but yeah I sadly DON'T have a PS3. =( I really want to play Storm, but the PS3 is just too expensive. I'm going to possibly get a Xbox 360 because my friends have recommended it over the PS3
I've got a PS3 and I do think the graphics are just unreal. I've got both PS3 and XBox 360, and I can say the PS3 is far better. FAR better. The only reason people like XBox more is because it's cheaper and currently has more games (but after December almost all of the games the 360 has that are exclusive will be on PS3 - the only thing XBox will have left is Halo and Gears of War).
I HAVE A PS3 80 GB AND I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE OF THIS GAME MAINLY......THE GRAPHICS ARE FREAKIN AWESOME!!!! Although it depends on the game and I really like the features of some games. Also depending on the TV you have the fantasticity (yea I made it up) of the graphics may be limited but they are still extraordinary. I guess I really expect a lot from Bandai cuz I didnt plan to get a PS3 for a while but I didnt want to wait for this game until I got a PS3 so eh... some games with spectacular graphics for the PS3 that I have or have played, am waiting for or I have heard about are: Assassin's Creed, Heavenly Sword, Folklore, Sonic, Time Shift, Soul Caliber 4, Devil May Cry 4 and OF COURSE ULTIMATE NINJA STORM

I got a PS3 the 1st week it came out, I was SO lucky that they had one left because they were going fast. Really, the really only two games that have mind blowing graphics is Gran Turismo 5 Prolouge, its got graphics BEYOND imagine! The other is pretty good, Madden 08, its REALLY cool. But not as good as the new Madden 09 that came out, or so I heard. But I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PSYCHED ABOUT ULTIMATE NINJA STORM! I LITERALLY CAN'T WAIT!
yes i own a ps3 and i cant wait until the storm is out but GTA4 had awsome graphics and so does assasins creed but i would trade both of those in for the strom
I own a PlayStation 3 and have Metal Gear Solid 4, Grand Theft Auto IV, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Soul Calibur IV (ENOUGH with the "4/IV" GAMES ALREADY! SHEESH!) and Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction and I can say that the machine lives up to its processing power. Need an example? Go to GameTrailers.com and look up Heavy Rain (viewer discretion advised?). Even though it's an early build, the game looks amazing (especially her eyes). While you're there, check out the new Storm videos. While I have your attention (hopefully), we need to get Namco Bandai to update the Storm website with more characters and information about the DLC and all that jazz. Any suggestions? (oh yeah, I've played the Storm demo like a bajillion times) ((Oh yeah [again?], I'll be picking up the Limited Edition Storm up in [1...2...3..] 12 days! Woo!))

i've got my ps3 on my birthday but this naruto ultimate ninja storm will be the first game. but from watching the vids i think ps3 is wayyyy better than 360 even though its expensive. this game makes broken bond look stupid compared the the ps3's blue ray.

I have a PS3 and if you want to talk about graphics they are top notch. Games like MGS4 and Wipeout HD look gorgeous if you have an HD tv (1080p that is). Other games that look amazing are Heavenly Sword, Call of Duty 4, Soul Calibur 4, Burst Limit, and GTA 4. They are all pleasures to look at. And i agree Mangekyo02, compared to Storm, Broken Bond looks horrible and Clash of Ninja Revoluion is just plain ugly. They burn my eyes.
I have a all three consoles, the one that gets most playtime is my 360, I just bought the ps3 for three games MGS4, NUNS, and FF13. Currently I only have 3 ps3 games compared to the 12 on wii and 7 on 360. Was the ps3 a good purchase I'll just have to wait and see. Anyways I'm really looking forward to this game.

I bought my PS3 over eBay for like 300 bucks, just so I could play this game. I recommend PS3 over every game system except for maybe Wii, but definately over X-box 360. I don't even have any games for my PS3 yet and I'm still having tons of fun with it cuz I've downloaded like 7 free demos! But because of that I haven't experienced much "mind blowing graphics." Well, Pure has amazing graphics, as well as Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction, which has really good graphics. Pure's graphics are probably the same level as Storm in my opinion. Anyway, PS3 rules, Pure has great graphics, and I love Storm.
Heh i'm so excited about storm! My Brother and i have played this demo for absolutely ages. Basically one hour a day since sep 29th. I even have a row of models on my shelf next to me as i write this as a calender. Every day i knock one over until the day before storm.

and agree sandclone90 these new naruto games ae nothing copared to storm it seems the other developers didn't really try and no storm doesn't look like the dragonball z game its similar but storm looks more 3-d than cartoonish.
I got the PS3, and im loving every bit of it. I also have the Wii and Xbox 360. I can't wait for this game to come out, so I can play the crap out of it. The game loos gorgeous, and I pre-ordered the limited edition, so I can listen to the sound track all day. I have a PS3 and the game that I have with "mind-blowing" grapics is Burnout Paradise Bikes.
From my games on ps3 aren't really the best for ps3, but at my friends house I played thi sgame called Skate. I uselly don't like games like that, but this game is awesome and the graphics are amazing.
When my pre-ordered copy of naruto storms come, I 100% the graphics will be not amazing, but ledgendary.
also I agree with you tigerc10 the x-box 360 graphics are not even close to the graphics of the ps3
I just recently bought a PS3 especially for NUNS. I don't have any games for it yet, so I've been using the backwards compatibility to play UN3 until NUNS releases on Nov. 4th. I can't wait!!!

Well at first, I really didn't thought of buying a PS3 yet coz at that time, I thought Armored Core 4 is going to be released for PS2. After I heard the AC4 is for PS3, I was like "WHAT?!" AC on PS3? I was so desperate coz I didn't have enough money to buy 60 gig at that time (last year actually), and AC4 was released March 2007...So what I did was wait for August 2007 (my birthmonth) and save the money I had. August 2007, 80GB was released I had enough money and finally bought the 80GB PS3 and my favorite series ever Armored Core. I bought Armored Core For Answer last month which is awesome. So the real reason I bought PS3 is for Armored Core.

I'll agree that the graphics seem to be shaping up to be EPIC to say the least ;p As far as other games coming near this quality i've only really seen mgs4... As far as another anime-game, I've never seen anything come close to this except the anime itself :)

I don't own a PS3 but I do own a 360. I have had much experience with both systems. I'll say this, buy the system which provides you with the experience you prefer most since both systems are going to be pretty much receiving the same games as exclusives slowly disappear. Each system has its ups and downs. Please do not turn this thread into a console war.

I got a PS3 its awesome iv ordered the limited edition of naruto ultimate ninja storm(i also got naruto clash of nin revolution 2) its awesome and Soulcalibur 4 is awesome I GOT ASSASINS CREED THAT IS SOO GOOD AND FUN and i think the PS3 is a big hit im really looking forward to the DC universe VS Mortal Kombat too and Spiderman Web Of Shadows these are really awesome games and since i pre oreder naruto ultimate ninja storm i get the 1st Hokage game card wiht a code on it so i get one extra character in the game ist only 25 characters so ill get 26 but its only for a support character but he still counts as one if i pre ordered it from somwhere else i could have gotten the 2nd Hokage but i didnt really care they are both awesome

I just recently bought a 360 but now im saving some cash up for a ps3, i'm waiting for the 160 gb to be released so I can get it. But just to make sure I had my limited edition copy of storm I pre ordered it.
Narutony, I am so jealous! I sold my PS2 to get money for my PS3, and after it arrived I learned that it didn't have any backwards compatibility at all because Sony was being stupid! Apparently, all of the new PS3s being made have had the backwards compatibility taken out (except maybe the 40MB or whatever version). So, I have NUN3, but I can't play it on my PS3!!!! It sucks so much! But I know that Storm will more than make up for it. While I wait for Storm, I play the demo almost every day and I have also downloaded like 7 other demos that are super fun. ARG I JUST CAN'T WAIT FOR STORM THOUGH!!!!! I'm glad I'm not getting the limited edition because 1) The only advantage is the case, which hardly matters (everything else about it sucks though it's a really bad deal) and 2) I don't want to wait for an extra week for it to come out.

no, thats just a myth, the special edition does not come out any later than the original. they both come out the same time. I mean they're trying to jip you with the special edition already. Making come out later would mean they wouldn't get any money for special edition at all.
