the only thing about the new mission is that if you dont have a psp you cant enter.

I don't preorder games over the web, I honestly don't want my card number on Gamestop's site, I can't trust it. If i were going to preorder it, it'd be at an actual store, so I can get a paper receipt. Since that isn't an option here though, I'll pass :(

Oh, silly me! I should have read farther down. I'll have to stop by gamestop soem time this month than! I know a friend that would really enjoy this game as a present(I broke my PSP Sunday).

Wouldn't it be easy for someone to just preorder the game, sumbit the picture, and then cancel the pre-order?
Or is there more to it than that?

I am go to get it because it is Naruto and you get a free psp skin and you get ryo even if I dont have a psp but it is Naruto.
