  He can fly and attack with far ninjutsu so my vote is deidara

  man you guy do think about the situation shikamaru is smarter then neji not only that but neji has to be close to you to fight you shikamaru has to wait for him to come close then BAM he has him caught in shadow possesion jutsu you might say neji will never get caught in that but shikamaru will plan out the next 200 moves in his mind to make every thing perfect a good example of this go to youtube and shikamaru will fight the two guys from the akatsuki because they killed asuma at the end of the battle he say he planed out the whole thing and he did and remember when they went out to get sasuke but mission was a failure he made a promise to hiself that from then on every match would be perfect   mabey i should have just made a blog about this   but think about the ppl befor you vote and dont just think about who is cool really

  I have seen Deidara fight to death. but I haven't seen Kisame go all out yet. He is much stronger.. My vote goes to him.

  I wanted Shikamaru to win. Well but as he is lazy type of guy, he wouldn't go against Neji.

  yea but remember that was not the real kisame that was a fake body with only 30% of kisames chakra and to beat him guy had to open 6 chakra gates. thats how powerful kisame is

  most likely well  i say KISAME because of his sword can cut through chakra
